A recent video shows off an awesome detail about Link’s house, or more specifically its location, within The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Breath of the Wild has been out for over four years now, but it still has a passionate fanbase; one that is constantly unearthing neat and little-known inclusions that have been scattered throughout the Kingdom of Hyrule.

When The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild first released, it was a complete game changer from Nintendo. Players were allowed to discover the rich and diverse world presented to them in any way, and in any order, they desired. Link’s ability to jump and climb up any surface opened up even more of Breath of the Wild’s regions than had ever been experienced within a Zelda game before. The only area that was off limits within Breath of the Wild was underwater, although there are hints that this was originally going to be included within the game’s final release, as the sea still boasts incredible coral reefs beneath its surface.

Now one player has discovered another poignant inclusion within The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Despite seemingly being in a random location amongst the homesteads of Hateno Village, it turns out that the site of Link's house may have been chosen very consciously by Nintendo. Reddit user and Breath of the Wild player ajsayshello- shared their discovery, showing that, if Link uses his incredible climbing prowess to reach the top of his house’s chimney, he will have a clear view of all four of the Divine Beasts ready for battle with Ganon. The video can be seen below.

While obtaining Link’s house within The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is not a key part of the story, completing this side quest does provide some advantages to players. Once players shell out a huge amount of rupees and wood to Bolson, the dwelling will be complete. It is a humble home, with little in the way of luxuries, but it does offer players a place to display their weaponry and rest after a hard day of vanquishing evil. There is a Breath of the Wild mod that does add more features to Link’s home, including a stable and fire pit, making the investment perhaps even more desirable to players. Either way, the majestic vista is not to be missed.

While fans are still unearthing hidden gems such as this powerful view from Link’s homestead, Nintendo is hard at work on the sequel to Breath of the Wild. Hopefully, there will not be too much longer to wait until Link and Princess Zelda’s next adventure is finally revealed fully to the world.
