Here's a guide to Deadpool 2 star Zazie Beetz other movie and TV show roles. Zazie Beetz' acting career kicked off with a series of short films before appearing in small roles in 2015 movies Applesauce and the critically praised James White, starring Christopher Abbott and Cynthia Nixon. Following a supporting role in 2016 sports drama Wolves alongside Michael Shannon, she landed a major role on FX's acclaimed Atlanta.

This comedy-drama was created by Donald Glover, who plays the main character Earn, who becomes the manager to his rapper cousin. Zazie Beetz plays Earn's ex-girlfriend Van, and they have a daughter together. Van is a teacher and her relationship with Earn is a messy one. In 2016 Beetz also joined the cast of the Joe Swanberg created anthology series Easy for Netflix, with her character Noelle appearing in at least one episode of each season until it ended in 2019.

In 2017 Zazie Beetz played a role in indie drama Sollers Point, before joining the cast of Dean Devlin disaster movie Geostorm. While this Gerard Butler fronted blockbuster attempted to revive the big-budget disaster movies of the 1990s, slack pacing and some iffy CGI led to it underperforming; Beetz' Dana wasn't given much to do in the story either. 2018 would prove to be a major one for Zazie Beetz' career, as she appeared in Cathy Yan's black comedy Dead Pigs and as the mutant Domino in Deadpool 2.

Domino in Deadpool 2

Domino is recruited by Deadpool 2's title character for the X-Force, and thanks to her "lucky" power she turns out to be the only survivor. Zazie Beetz was great in the role, and she soon turned up in several other high-profile movies. Joker cast Beetz as Sophie Dumond, the neighbor/love interest of Joaquin Phoenix's Arthur. Sophie's role leads to a twist about Arthur's psychology later in the story. Other Zazie Beetz movies and TV shows from 2019 include horror movie Wounds with Armie Hammer, Steven Soderbergh's High Flying Bird and a supporting part in biopic Seberg. She also starred in the "Blurryman" episode of CBS' Twilight Zone reboot, which was the first season's finale.

Rounding out Zazie Beetz' five movie appearances in 2019 was Lucy In The Sky, an astronaut drama led by Natalie Portman. 2020 saw Beetz appear in movie dramas Nine Days and Still Here, and upcoming projects include Western The Harder They Fall and ensemble action movie Bullet Train. The story finds a group of assassins trapped together on a Japanese bullet train, and Zazie Beetz will appear alongside Brad Pitt, Lady Gaga and Hiroyuki Sanada; the movie will also reunite the actress with Deadpool 2 helmer David Leitch.
