Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is the latest digital version of the classic Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG and players can craft the specific cards they need in order to build custom decks to suit their play style. With over 10,000 cards available in the game, there’s no limit to the types of decks and combos players can create, and crafting is an excellent way for players to obtain the exact cards they’re looking for without pulling from packs at random and hoping for the best. Crafting cards is easy in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel and makes deck-building a breeze for new, returning, and veteran players alike.

To craft a card in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, players can open the Deck Menu and access any of the decks they’ve created or bought by selecting “Edit Deck.” From there, any card in the card list can be chosen to craft a copy of it, or players can craft new cards by searching a specific card or archetype and toggling the card list to show all cards instead of just cards that are already owned. Players can also view other relevant cards in a certain archetype by searching for a card they want and selecting “Related Cards” in the card’s menu. Finally, once players have found the card they want to craft, they can simply select “Generate” to craft a copy of that card to add to their card list.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel features four card rarities, including Normal, Rare, Super Rare, and Ultra Rare, and each of these rarities has its own corresponding type of Craft Points. Each card costs 30 Craft Points to create and can only be made using Craft Points of the same rarity, which players can obtain by dismantling cards of that particular rarity. Dismantling a card will grant players 10 Craft Points, so players can create a new card for every three cards they dismantle of that rarity. However, dismantling a card is permanent, so once a card has been dismantled, players will have to either pull it from a pack or craft a new one to get another copy if they realize they want to use it in a deck.

How To Get More Crafting Points In Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

Players can earn Craft Points to craft cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel.

While dismantling cards is the fastest way to earn Craft Points in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, players can earn additional Craft Points by completing missions and leveling up their Duel Pass. Missions can be found in the Missions tab of the main menu and typically require players to perform specific actions like successfully playing certain types of cards or even just logging into the game each day. The Duel Pass, on the other hand, is Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel’s version of a Battle Pass and grants players rewards for each level they gain while the Duel Pass is active. The Normal Duel Pass is free and given to players automatically, while the Gold Duel Pass costs 600 in-game Gems and rewards players with more Gems and Craft Points than the Normal Duel Pass.

Players can also craft cards to unlock Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel’s Secret Packs, which include cards of a specific deck archetype and make it easier for players to pull the cards they need to build a deck of that type. Secret Packs are unlocked whenever a player “discovers” a Super Rare or Ultra Rare card, either by pulling it from another pack or by crafting it in the deck-building menu. Secret Packs are only available for 24 hours after they’re unlocked, but players can extend this timer or rediscover the pack by crafting another Super Rare or Ultra Rare card of that archetype.
