There's no denying that MTV has changed a lot over the years. What once was an endless stream of music videos with the occasional music-themed talk show morphed to include more reality and episodic television. While the OG collection of these types of shows is limited to what's available on MTV Classic now, for many kids, teens, and young adults of the '90s and early 2000s, the memories of old-school MTV are cherished.

While the channel was figuring out its identity, it aired quite a variety of shows. With so many to choose from, naturally, there's a pick for each of the twelve zodiac personalities.

Aries: Jackass

Aries is quite possibly the only sign brave enough to pull off the best stunts of Jackass. Natural stimulation hunters, the unending adrenaline of the show is like oxygen for Aries.

The Ram sign is also known for its creativity, so an Aries would be right at home concocting new and improved pranks and challenges. Aries' energy and passion would be well-suited for the show, and they probably attempted to recreate a stunt or two with their friends in the backyard.

Taurus: Pimp My Ride

Taurus is the sign of luxury: they love all things expensive. So, a show about lavish modifications to cars is right up their alley. People put everything from high-end sound systems to jacuzzis in their rides. Tauruses were definitely taking notes and, being the hard workers that they are, they may have even pimped their own ride.

A Taurus values consistency, so they'll put a lot of time, effort, and money into one car to make it luxurious, instead of just moving on and buying a new one. Pimp My Ride is exactly their speed.

Gemini: Punk'd

Geminis are great at thinking on their feet and are very adaptable, which is why an improv-based prank show like Punk'd is their cup of tea. They're smart enough to be able to think of every outcome a prank could have and flexible enough to be able to roll with the punches.

They're outgoing, so attracting attention in public is no biggie. Geminis were sure to be shouting "Punk'd!" with shenanigans around the house every night while the show aired and they most certainly have some opinions about what the remake does better (and worse) than the original.

Cancer: Unplugged

The emotional sign of the group, Cancers love the rawness of live, acoustic music. They're intuitive by nature, so being able to hear the artist's vocals without editing or effects really lets them tap into the core message of the song. Cancers have a distaste for anything fake, so getting to see musicians in a more stripped-down way means a lot to them.

Incredibly loyal and devoted Cancers have probably watched their favorite artists' performances on repeat throughout the years, including one of the best covers of all time, Nirvana's performance of David Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World."

Leo: Made

If a camera crew comes to their high school, Leos are at the front of the line to show off their special talents. Of course, they would also be the ones forming the line, as they're born leaders. Fierce determination is also a known Leo trait, so their passion and drive to follow their dreams at a young age is a given.

But Leos aren't afraid to share the spotlight. Their trademark generosity of time and energy would have them cheering on their friends as they auditioned for one of the best MTV reality shows of the 2000s, too.

Virgo: Room Raiders

People may have totally forgotten this MTV dating show, but Virgos haven't. Tidiness is important to a Virgo--everything has its place in their world--so a chance to look into the living space of a potential date would be a huge benefit to this star sign.

They're also incredibly patient and kind, so no matter what they found in there, they would be understanding about it--and might even give the person organizational tips. Virgos greatly value responsibility, so kindly encouraging others to be more responsible with their space comes naturally to them.

Libra: Next

The vivacious Libra is in their element watching Next. Libras are social butterflies and love to have new experiences, so they would be perfect candidates for a fast-paced, get-to-know-you-in-5-minut dating show.

Furthermore, Libras are very diplomatic and fair, so they make for excellent judges--they've probably judged for the best contestant on any competition show they've watched. Libras are also very clever, so contestants would be hard-pressed to pull a fast one on a Libra.

Scorpio: Daria

The cool, unaffected and sharp-tongued Daria is the Scorpio of the MTV world. She's full of pure honesty, often times through very deliberate sarcasm and blunt commentary on the world and people around her, which makes her show one of the best MTV animated series.

Although she has a tough exterior, she's calm and brave when others around her are caught off-guard or even frightened. Like Daria, Scorpios don't let many people into their inner circle, but once they trust you, they're a loyal friend for life.

Sagittarius: Road Rules/The Real World

On the road with nothing but an RV full of new friends? Sagittarians were most likely filling out multiple applications to be cast on the hit rendition of The Real World. A Sagittarius loves travel like a fish loves water, and the fact that there were several versions of the show in different countries had Sagittarians excited to see the world.

The very independent and curious star sign would thrive in the RV life, learning how to take care of it and themselves along the way. They'd also be great RV roommates, as they're wildly compassionate and emotionally intelligent.

Capricorn: Clone High

Anything based on history or academics is music to a Capricorn's ears. Combine the two? They're in heaven. Capricorns wish they could attend high school with teenage versions of real historical figures, like on the show. They were definitely heartbroken that the comedy show was canceled too soon, and thought it deserved a second season.

High school is the ideal setting for a Capricorn TV show, too: they're perfect students thanks to their highly organized, hardworking, and ambitious nature. They love to succeed and don't mind the work to get there.

Aquarius: The Maxx

Aquarians are the altruistic signs of the zodiac and they have a strong sense of justice, so naturally, superhero shows appeal to them. They love to look out for others and want to better the world. The Maxx, one of the most underrated animated TV shows, is all about looking out for others who have been wronged.

The titular character hunts down a serial rapist and defends assault victim Julie while also helping out depressed teen, Sarah. The show is as original and unique as Aquarians are, with the setting of the show shifting between the real world and the fictional one named "The Outback" and dealing with psychological trauma as well as superhero plot lines.

Pisces: True Life

Pisceans are notoriously generous people, so they would devote time and energy following around different subjects all day. They're also known for being empathetic; when a Pisces watches a show like True Life they can really put themselves in the shoes of the person sharing their experiences on one of the most real MTV shows.

Pisces' creative nature would be useful in finding artful ways of telling the subjects' stories, and they lean toward artistic ventures like music and filmmaking, so they could definitely see themselves creating a similar show, and using their ability to be in tune with others' emotions to capture the perfect moment.
