Netflix has revealed the month that Young Royals season 2 will release. The Swedish teen drama series premiered on Netflix in July 2021 and was created by Lisa Ambjörn, Lars Beckung, and Camilla Holter. The hit series sees Prince Wilhelm (Edvin Ryding) being shipped to Hillerska Boarding School and follows him and his resistance to the luxurious but rigid imprisonment of his new home-meets-school and the unlikely friendships and love interests he finds along the way. Young Royals season 1 saw love blossom from friendship, with an unexpected accident possibly requiring him to leave his new boarding school and return home.

Now, Netflix took to Twitter to announce that the upcoming Young Royals season 2 will be hitting the streaming service in November. Although no specific date was mentioned, the official announcement shows part of the hit series cast standing in front of a billboard announcing the exciting news. Check out the post below:

While no one knows what is in store for the Young Royals season 2, in recently released photos, Wilhelm and Simon can be seen as their story continues at Hillerska Boarding School, hinting at the Prince’s future at the school and the pair's previously unlikely romance. Fans of teen drama and this hit series can currently stream the first season of Young Royals on Netflix while gearing up for its second season debut, sometime in November.
