E3 2019 is just around the corner and Microsoft is going to have a huge roster of games on show, as Phil Spencer has confirmed that 14 Xbox Game Studios titles will be shown during their conference.

The upcoming E3 2019 event is shaping up to be an interesting affair, as Sony is skipping their conference and will not be in attendance. The absence of one of the big players in the industry has prompted other developers and publishers to up their game in order to try and claim some of the untapped limelight, with companies like Bethesda and Square Enix promising big reveals during their shows. It has been revealed that Microsoft's E3 2019 will be their longest yet, which suggests that a lot of announcements will be made during their conference.

It seems that Microsoft has even more announcements planned than anyone realized. Phil Spencer is head executive of Microsoft's Xbox division and the executive vice president of gaming at Microsoft, and he uploaded a post to Twitter talking about the Microsoft conference at E3 2019 will show 14 games from Xbox Game Studios, which is the most they have ever shown at one of their E3 events.

There have already been a couple of Xbox Game Studios titles that are confirmed to appear at E3 2019, which are Gears 5, Halo Infinite, and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. There are also games that Microsoft has announced in the past that seem like obvious choices to be shown at E3, which are Battletoads, Minecraft World, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Gears Pop!, and Gears Tactics. There have also been rumors circulating concerning titles that will appear at the event, such as Fable 4 and Forza Motorsport 8. Microsoft might also be considering expansive DLC packs as full titles, which means that content related to Sea of Thieves and We Happy Few could also be part of the conference. In 2018, Microsoft acquired several studios, which means that the games they had in development could also be shown at E3 2019, which includes The Outer Worlds by Obsidian Entertainment and Wasteland 3 by InXile Entertainment.

The list of potential titles above doesn't even take into account any brand new games that could be revealed for the first time, as well as any potential launch titles for the successor to the Xbox One, assuming it's revealed at E3. Microsoft is planning on making the most of the absence of its biggest rival in the industry, which means that E3 2019 could be a show to remember.
