There are five confirmed titles coming to Xbox Game Pass in March 2022, although there will likely be many more rolled out as the month passes. The Xbox Game Pass subscription service began in 2017 and has been going strong with a healthy repertoire of video game titles being added each month for players to peruse. It boasts hundreds of titles players can access for a single monthly fee, making it a great service for anyone seeking a wide variety of games on a budget.

Each month, a number of games are added to the Xbox Game Pass service that subscribers can play freely. Some games are also removed from the service each month, but far more are added in their stead. Players are also given the option to purchase games leaving the Xbox Game Pass lineup at a discount, after which they’ll remain in the player’s game library forever.

In February 2022 alone, nearly 20 titles were added to Xbox Game Pass, including ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition, Madden NFL 22, and Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Although official announcements regarding upcoming Game Pass games are usually made in two large chunks, one closer to the start of the month and another partway through, smaller announcements may arrive in between, too. Currently, only five titles are confirmed as March releases for Xbox Game Pass, but there will likely be many more announcements in the weeks to come.

The first March Xbox Game Pass title will be FAR: Changing Tides, releasing on March 1. FAR: Changing Tides is a seafaring action-adventure game about navigating a flooded world filled with mysteries and puzzles. The next confirmed release, Shredders, was initially going to release in February, but is now slated for a March 17 launch. Shredders is a snowboarding game and, like FAR: Changing Tides, a day-one release for Xbox Game Pass.

A Memoir Blue is another confirmed day-one March release for Xbox Game Pass, launching March 24. It’s described as “an interactive poem” following a champion swimmer, Miriam, as she recalls her tumultuous childhood and relationship with her mother. The game emphasizes narrative through highly artistic and water-themed visuals. Following A Memoir Blue is the March 29 release of Crusader Kings 3. A grand strategy RPG set in the Middle Ages, Crusader Kings 3 fleshes out the map and gameplay from Crusader Kings 2. Although initially released in September 2020 for Windows, Mac, and Linux, this is the first time the title will be available on consoles.

The final confirmed Xbox Game Pass title releasing in March is Weird West, currently slated for a March 31 release. This action-adventure game takes the Wild West setting and adds fantastical elements to it. The game also features a role-playing element, as the story changes based on the player’s decisions. Although currently only the fifth Xbox Game Pass title confirmed for March, it will undoubtedly be joined by many others, and looks to be a unique title to cap off the month with.
