The teaser trailer for Wynonna Earp's season 4 midseason finale brings new chills. Season 4 brought a ton of excitement for Wynonna Earp fans everywhere. The premiere came nearly two years after the season 3 finale, which ended off on a cliffhanger. The fourth season has been full of excitement, and the most recent episode, "Holy War, Part 1" ended with a lethal ritual and the 'Haught' twist. Fans will be able to see the followup to these events this coming Sunday, August 30.
SYFY just released a brand new teaser trailer consisting of never-before-seen footage. The mid-season teaser is only 20 seconds long, but is as eerie as can be. Complete with a creepy song permeating the whole trailer. The gang will have to race to save one of their own, but will be hindered by unseen forces. Doc will form an unexpected alliance, and Wynonna will be faced with making a choice.
2020 was a year of production shutdowns in the film and television industries, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Fortunately, production was able to complete the first six episodes of season 4 before having to temporarily halt production. The cast and crew are currently filming the last two episodes of the 12-part season 4 in Calgary, Canada.
While the excitement over the midseason finale is palpable, fans will unfortunately have to wait for 2021 for Wynonna Earp to return to SYFY. If the previous seasons have proven anything, it's likely that this next episode will leave fans hungry for more. The midseason finale will air this Sunday, August 30 at 10PM ET/PT on SYFY.
