WWE 2K20 has issues in pretty much every area of the game. Just released earlier this week, the latest entry in 2K Games' yearly wrestling series ostensibly features Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns as this year's cover stars, although even in early previews of the game fans had reported the graphics were so bad they couldn't tell who the on-screen character models were supposed to be representing.

2K Games has recently been dealing with NBA 2K20 getting review bombed by fans of the series, thanks in part to the game's literal slot machines, loot boxes, and a general aggressive use of microtransactions and gambling systems. With so much extra revenue being pumped into the company thanks to these addictive mechanics, many players are confused as to where said money is actually going, as it is clearly not being used to make higher-quality titles.

WWE 2K20 is broken in such a myriad of ways that a massive list of errors has been compiled by players, dozens of which were listed nearly immediately following the game's release on Tuesday. The list of defective mechanics, which was reported on by MP1st, includes on-screen issues such as button prompts not appearing, incorrectly labeled music tracks, and illogical character modeling decisions, such as this game's version of The Rock posted by a clearly confused Twitter user.

WWE 2K20 offers the ability to upload images for custom logos, but does not let players then use them in the game. Other issues include reports of players getting stuck in the same match without any way to progress, entrance music playing for the entire length of a match, game crashes, and the ability to make a referee freeze by taunting them. To make things even worse, problems which have been present in past 2K wresting games and remain unresolved, such as multiplayer desyncing, referees not counting pins, bad camera angles, and random losses of gravity are also present in this year's version.

By all accounts, WWE 2K20 is a mess of buggy, broken, and missing features. While the company's wrestling titles have never pulled in the same high reviews other sports titles from 2K Games have in the past, at least the majority of the ones which came before have been playable. With so many issues peppered throughout the entire WWE 2K20 experience, it's beginning to sound like the title should never have been released at all, at least in its current state.
