Wonder Woman's outfits have changed several times in the comics, but this list will focus on the outfits she has worn on television through the years. Some are from live-action renditions, while others are animated films and series. Keep reading to learn about the ranking of 10 of Wonder Woman's costumes!

Wonder Woman (2011)

This costume came from the 2011 film starring Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman. Fans cringed when they laid eyes on this outfit because it just didn't look right. The top looked like it was made of cheap plastic, and the embellishments and armbands she wore appeared to be cheaply made. It was a far cry from the superhero fans had expected to see, despite having such a great actress to play the role.

Justice League: Gods and Monsters (2015)

Wonder Woman was a part of this 2015 animated film that placed her in a revealing white outfit. It does take place in an alternate universe, hence the drastic changes in her outfits, but fans just weren't smitten with it. It was a neat twist, although, the practicality of it was lost in the design. The dark shoulder pads and belt were a nice touch, but the rest of her upper body could have shown less skin than it did.

Wonder Woman (1974)

This is an older film from 1974 that starred Cathy Lee Crosby as Wonder Woman, and her outfit was fitting of the times. It was fairly basic as it combined a long, belted jacket with blue tights and tall boots. The modified garb didn't resonate with fans, as nothing about the actress or her costume resembled the well-known heroine from the comics.

Wonder Woman (1975-1979)

Wonder Woman had her own live-action television series from 1975 to 1979 and the outfit was drastically different from that of the film from 1974. This shows her more scantily dressed in a minimalistic bodysuit that is covered in glitz and glam.

It seems to glisten in the camera as the metallic portions are highlighted by its flash. Fans thought this actress embodied the spirit of this superhero, but the outfit definitely helped her win over more than a few viewers.

JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time (2014)

Animated films have their own sense of style, and this one painted Wonder Woman in a new light. The outfit is similar to how many fans would view her today, but it is still not as epic as those worn by Gal Gadot.

The emblem on her chest looks a bit too big for her form and the cape is unnecessary. However, it still looks like the superhero that fans know and love which is why it is ranked higher than some other costumes on this list.

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013)

The world is in a state of chaos when the past is changed, and Wonder Woman has conquered Great Britain with the rest of the Amazons. It explains her new outfit that shows this superhero as a leader and a conqueror of nations.

Fans love this rendition of her in a place of power as the metallic leg guards and the cape around her neck only enhance this feeling when they look at her. She looks dangerous, but it also pays respect to her Amazon roots as it more closely aligns with the wardrobe of their leaders.

Justice League: War (2014)

Wonder Woman's costume is given a bit of an update in this animated film as the bright reds and blues are muted. It appears to be very versatile and fans love the tank aspect of the top of her outfit.

She is often depicted in kore reds and golds, but the addition of silver and the use of more blue is a nice change. Some may like the other looks better, although, this is a modern redesign that many instantly fell in love with.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

Gal Gadot first made her appearance as Wonder Woman in this film, and the outfit is slightly different from that of her 2017 film. The outfit itself is more muted in appearance as the accents to its design appear to be made of bronze, as well as her leg guards. It is still one of the best costumes she has ever worn as it truly combines the old and new into one.

Wonder Woman (2017)

It was already mentioned how this outfit and the outfit from the 2016 film are similar, but this one is so much better. The colors aren't muted with age and fans see golden hues scattered throughout its design. It is exceptionally well done as more texture and movement were added to her costume.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

Wonder Woman 1984
