Healing in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty revolves around the Dragon Cure Pot, a starting item that can have its total capacity increased if players explore enough of the game's world. Similar to Estus Flasks seen in the Dark Souls series, or Elixirs in the Nioh titles to be more accurate, the Dragon Cure Pot remains a staple item for players to try and upgrade. Although players can also improve the overall healing the Cure Pot can do, it remains far easier to try and bolster their chances for more healing through a boosted quantity.
As players are able to refill their Dragon Cure Pot when resting at a Battle Flag, they may also see how many uses of the item are possible during a run. Overall, the maximum capacity goes up to an optional 10 by the end of a player's adventure. While players certainly do not need to have their Dragon Cure Pot capacity at its maximum potential to beat the game, having it at this state gives a huge advantage against the tougher bosses like Zhang Liang in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
Upgrading the Dragon Cure Pot Capacity in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
Collecting items called Dragon Vein Crystals gives players a higher capacity to their Dragon Cure Pot. These objects appear in the world as glowing orange orbs found scattered throughout certain levels, typically off the beaten path. There are around seven Vein Crystals in total that fully upgrade the Cure Pot, each located within a main mission that players are already embarking upon.
While the first couple Crystals are relatively simple to find, they become much harder to discover as players get into the mid to late-game stages of the story.

Two Chivalrous Heroes |
From the first boss fight in the historical adventure of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, players can find the Crystal past the gate near Zhao Yun, after taking the left path right outside. The item sits in a temple at the end of a clearing that players find beyond an NPC wielding a hammer. |
#2 |
The Valley of Crying Wraiths |
At the beginning of the mission, the Crystal rests simply in the right-hand building beyond the large bonfire at the end of the stairs from the Battle Flag. |
#3 |
Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch |
Toward the first boss' arena, taking the stairs up to a Battle Flag leads players to the streets of a town, where the Crystal sits in a hidden spot behind a bridge within the region's large palace section. |
#4 |
Centuries of Glory Burned Away |
Near the place where players are attacked by a familiar type of foe to those who notice the similarities between both Nioh and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, a dragon with lightning strikes. The Crystal lies in a small clearing blocked by buildings that must be reached from above the rooftops. |
#5 |
Tyrant's Final Banquet |
Once players reach the garden area after getting through the caves, the Crystal sits among the bamboo right outside the far left part of the entrance of the temple that can be seen to the right past the shrine. |
#6 |
The Way of the Warrior |
Players that travel naturally from the start of this level past the ruined jungle village will eventually find a Battle Flag in a larger temple. The first chest seen in this building has the Crystal inside. |
#7 |
Behold the Glaive of Righteousness |
Entering the cave after the first boss leads players to a Battle Flag. Taking the left path past this essential mechanic before many of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty's harder boss fights eventually directs players to a room filled with red crystals, where the Dragon Vein Crystal can be found on top of a large coffin near the back. |
