Ciara Miller admitted that her relationship with Austen Kroll has not improved since their time together on Winter House. The Summer House and Southern Charm cast members began their romance while filming Winter House Season 1 in February 2021. Sparks flew quickly, and the duo seemed to really hit it off while living together in the Vermont vacation house. The Bravolebrities never took their relationship to the next step due to their distance; however, they continued to flirt and occasionally hook up. Austen and Ciara's romance came to a rocky end before the pair were reunited to film Winter House season 2 while Austen was dating his then-girlfriend, Olivia Flowers.
Ciara gave Us Weekly insight into where she and Austen stand today. The pair left Winter House season 2 on tenuous terms, and the model disclosed that she and Austen are still in a bad place. While Ciara rated the whole ski vacation a nine out of 10, she said, "I will rate me and Austen, like, a one out of 10." The Summer House star revealed that she's cordial with Austen and will greet him when they see each other, but she doesn't see a possibility for any future relationship since she doesn't trust him. Ciara added, "I do think he’s a good guy, and he’s great for someone, and I truly do wish him the best. I just...don’t need it in my life. And unfortunately, I feel like the bridge has already been burned."
Winter House's Amanda Batula Praises Ciara Miller
Fellow Winter House castmate Amanda Batula praised how Ciara has handled the situation with the Pillows And Beer podcast host. Amanda admired her friend's ability to stand up for herself and speak confidently about her boundaries with the Kings Calling Brew Co. founder. The Loverboy creative director agreed with everything Ciara said and added that Austen has the ability to mature but isn't ready at the moment.
Some Winter House viewers are fans of the pair and think that Austen ruined what could have been a great thing. Austen's ex Madison has said that she feels Ciara would still be a great match for the southerner. Audiences felt that Ciara seemed to harbor feelings for Austen despite the duo never making it official, and it appeared that Austen never fully got over the model either. On Winter House, Ciara got upset that Austen wanted to bring the woman he was dating, and Austen became angry when Ciara revealed she had slept with someone right before arriving in Vermont. Perhaps the pair has some unfinished business.
However, the influencer seems to be officially done with Austen's antics. The Southern Charm star is notorious for getting himself into sticky situations with women, and he has had many high profile breakups on television. He previously had tumultuous relationships with Southern Charm co-stars Madison LeCroy and Olivia Flowers as well as Summer House's Lindsay Hubbard. Many audience members and fellow Bravo stars have been critical of his treatment of women, and he has issued numerous apologies to Ciara. While Ciara and Austen seem to still have chemistry, Winter House season 2 may have marked the real end of their romance.
