Amid The Kardashians star's ongoing divorce drama, Kim Kardashian is reportedly interesting in having a "formal" custody agreement with her ex, Kanye West. Kanye has been taking to Instagram to vent his frustrations over the joint custody of the four children that he shares with Kim. As the former couple work to finalize their divorce, their different parenting styles are taking center stage. To alleviate the drama and become a co-parenting unit, Kim is reportedly open to letting the courts decide.

As Kim moves on with her life after being declared legally single, Kanye continues to find ways to put their private issues on public display. Kanye's latest tirade against Kim came after she didn't agree to his last-minute demands for the kids to attend his Sunday Service. While Saint West was seen hanging out with his dad at a basketball game later that day, that outing followed Kanye blasting Kim in a series of Instagram posts. Pete Davidson even interjected, trying to defend Kim, but he made things worse.

In wake of Kim and Kanye's latest custody disagreement, the SKIMS founder is reportedly open to letting the court get them on the same page. “Kim thinks that they need to have a formal custody arrangement in place for their kids,” a source told Hollywood Life. Since filing for divorce over a year ago, Kim has been fine with maintaining a "casual" co-parenting arrangement with Kanye. However, considering his latest behavior, Kim from the upcoming The Kardashians believes that the best strategy would be an official custody agreement put into place by the court. Kanye accused Kim of "not playing fair and that she is not adhering to their joint custody arrangement." As a result, Kim would rather put an agreement on paper, the insider said.

Kim had hoped to keep her co-parenting arrangements with Kanye "informal," in an effort to allow him access to their kids whenever he wanted to see them. However, when Kanye's latest last-minute demands didn't go his way, the rapper took to Instagram to accuse Kim once again of trying to keep him from his kids. Pete reached out to Kanye, telling him that he was lucky to have Kim as the mother of his kids. Then, things escalated into a shade-throwing session with low blows. Despite all of the drama, Kim and Kanye have continued to co-parent. Kanye is seen spending time with his children, even while making his claims against Kim.

Once the custody agreement is formalized, Kim and Kanye will be much closer to finalizing their divorce. Kanye definitely put up a good fight, but in the end, Kim decided that their marriage was over. As The Kardashians star tries to move on with her life, she's at risk of being publicly shamed by Kanye on social media. It took a 24-hour Instagram ban and the Grammys barring him from this year's awards show to silence him this time. However, just because Kanye is quiet right now doesn't mean that he won't act out in the future.
