The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards has gotten slammed for being a pot-stirrer, and many viewers want her fired, but some fans think that she should stay on the show. Kyle has starred in RHOBH since season 1, and is the only remaining original cast member. Her sister Kim Richards also starred in RHOBH, but left the show after season 5. During RHOBH season 1, Kyle outed Kim as an alcoholic during an intense fight, and many fans have accused her of being quick to throw her sister under the bus for a storyline.
Kyle has received a lot of heat recently for her behavior in RHOBH season 12. In a recent episode, Erika Jayne drunkenly cursed at Garcelle Beauvais’ 14-year-old son, Jax Nilon. Kyle later laughed about the incident with Dorit Kemsley, and defended Erika by saying that she deserved to let loose after a very tough couple of years. Many RHOBH fans dragged Kyle for making light of the situation, and giving Erika a free pass to act horrendously to a child. Along with Erika and Lisa Rinna, viewers are making it clear that they want Kyle’s time on RHOBH to end.
However, Reddit user u/Puzzleheaded-Rice-65 suggested, “I might get attacked for this, but I think Kyle should stay in rhobh. She’s the OG of the group, and although I don’t like her manipulation towards the ladies with her ‘just be honest’ BS, it might feel weird not to have her presence there.” Some RHOBH viewers believe Kyle would be more tolerable without her clique to back her up. Kyle, Lisa, Erika, and Dorit have been rumored to have an unspoken agreement about keeping each other's secrets. One fan wrote, “She’s more tolerable when the others aren’t around. She was okay in UGT. I just don’t know. She’s the one that I go back and forth on.” Another agreed, “I think she’d be less obnoxious and conniving without her posse to back her up.”

Viewers are also demanding that Erika be removed from RHOBH after being associated with her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s legal scandal.
Kyle has been at the forefront of most of the RHOBH drama since the show's debut. However, viewers believe she creates drama among other cast members, while not having an interesting storyline of her own. Plenty of people also think that she has been quick to let Sutton Stracke take heat from the other housewives, while blindly defending Lisa and Erika. While many fans are hoping Kyle is fired after season 12, others hope she stays on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and redeems herself without her clique.
