Kaitlyn Bristowe has been a fan favorite since she was The Bachelorette lead and recently received a lot of support from fans after sharing an Instagram post. In the photo, The Bachelorette's Kaitlyn, who's open about her mental health, had her prescription and a bottle of water on her nightstand next to the bed behind her. The post immediately received a lot of support from her fans on Instagram and also on a Reddit thread started by u/Mermap. The Bachelorette viewers were letting Kaitlyn know she wasn't alone in her mental health journey. Several fans were also calling out the brand of anti-depressants they use themselves so Kaitlyn doesn't feel so alone.

Many The Bachelorette fans on Reddit admitted that posts like Kaitlyn's help destigmatize taking anti-depressants and mental health issues in general. The post may encourage viewers to seek the necessary help as Kaitlyn did. However, this isn't the first time The Bachelorette alum has been open about her mental health. Kaitlyn, who's wedding planning with Jason, has shared her battle with depression in her 20s and also how she got addicted to Valium after a difficult breakup. Kaitlyn also mentioned how filming her season of The Bachelorette had her on the verge of a relapse. Kaitlyn revealed she noticed the signs while she was filming and was able to help herself before it became serious.

Kaitlyn has been an advocate for mental health since joining The Bachelor franchise. The Instagram post is just one of many she has shared to speak out about her journey.
