In a statement posted by the reality TV star on her Instagram, she claimed that the producers dramatically underpay their cast members, despite the fact that the series' earn millions. This is why Anfisa decided to move on from them. She also wished that other people would see the franchise the way that she does, and choose to stop appearing in 90DF content.

90 Day Fiancé viewers gathered online to show Anfisa their support, as they also believe that TLC should do better when it comes to the payment of people that appear on the shows. Redditor u/whattodo9000 is dissatisfied with the shows' payment systems, and stated that there's no reason why producers can't pay couples at least $10,000 per episode. Fans are aware that the series' bring in far more money than that. They remarked, "That's ridiculous and I don't know how the huge productions aren't ashamed of themselves. They wouldn't go bankrupt if they paid then at least 10k per episode."

Some 90 Day Fiancé fans have been leaving supportive messages on Anfisa's IG and elsewhere, and calling out TLC for its low payments to cast members. There are viewers who believe that the platform the network gives its cast members is far greater than any paycheck. Anfisa isn't the first reality TV star to complain about her TLC paychecks, and she probably won't be the last.
