Many Selling Sunset fans got to know the inside details about Chrishell Stause and her husband Justin Hartley's divorce. The ex-couple separated in November last year while the reality star was filming her show. Now, it looks like Justin has moved on and is dating his other former The Young and the Restless co-star, Sofia Pernas.
In the recent season of Selling Sunset, Chrishell claims that she was blindsided by her ex-husband. She did concede that there were some problems, but she never thought those would ever lead to a divorce. She broke into tears while telling her co-star Mary Fitzgerald that she found out about the divorce through a text. Justin sent her a message saying they were filed just 45 minutes before the world was clued in to the split via the tabloids. Chrishell was upset that her ex didn't try to work on their issues and checked out of their marriage. She said, 'When I think of marriage, you work on things with people. No one's perfect, you work on it, you talk about it." She also insisted that Justin changed after his family show, This Is Us, got widely popular. But, Justin's source completely denies this claim.
While the 39-year-old actress is single right now, Justin seems to be dating his former The Young and the Restless co-star, Sofia Pernas. She is a 30-year-old Moroccan-American actress, who has been in the entertainment industry for over nine years. In May, the couple was spotted locking lips when Sofia dropped the actor outside the orthopedic hospital appointment in California. Then, a source told People that the duo was spending quality time together during the nationwide lockdown. The source stated that the couple has been "dating for several weeks," and "spending a lot of time at his house." The source also confirmed that "they look very happy." The pair again sparked dating rumors after posting a pretty similar IG story regarding their weekend. Sofia posted a picture of a beverage with a caption, "Easy like Sunday morning." Then, Justin also posted his picture with his dog enjoying the swimming pool and wrote, 'Paisley like Sunday morning." Both stories had the same context, which sparked the speculations that the couple was spending their Sunday together.
The ex-couple got hitched in October 2017 and was married for about two years. But, in November last year, Justin filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. While fans think that the 43-year-old is getting another relationship real fast, his daughter seems to have given Sofia the green light. His 15-year-old daughter Isabella Hartley left a few lovely emojis on his new girlfriend's picture, which hints that she has a close relationship with her.
