2023 is here, and fans won't have to wait much longer for a new show to begin airing, as the America's Got Talent spin-off America's Got Talent: All-Stars is set to premiere this evening. It is a new series like America's Got Talent: The Champions, and features a fresh format. Since AGT usually airs in the summer, fans are excited about the upcoming spin-off, which is premiering much earlier, in the New Year. NBC released the names of the contestants, who come from all over the world, so viewers are in for a treat.

According to Gold Derby, a few of the acts set to compete on AGT: All-Stars include AGT season 16 finalist Aidan Bryant, Romania's Got Talent winner Ana Maria Margean, Canada's Got Talent winner Jeanick Fournier, and many more. Throughout the competition, the super fans will vote for who they want to advance in the competition, but the Golden Buzzer is back in play for the judges to use. With 60 contestants competing throughout the competition, some former winners are set to make their returns to the AGT stage.

After winning AGT season 2, and making many appearances in later years as a guest, Terry Fator is ready to compete on AGT: All-Stars. The other America's Got Talent winners slated to compete include Kodi Lee, Brandon Leake, and Dustin Tavella. However, these are not the only winners primed to give their all on the AGT stage. A few international winners will also be joining them in the competition, to try and become the first-ever winner of AGT: All-Stars.

Sofia Vergara Isn't Returning As A Judge

Even though Sofia Vergara was a new judge on AGT season 17, she was a fan favorite, who got a warm welcome when she joined the famous panel of judges. However, those who wanted to see her in the same role on AGT: All-Stars will be very disappointed. Prior to the filming of the new spin-off series, Sofia committed to an acting job, which meant that she couldn't appear in the AGT spin-off. However, the actress has already signed on to return for AGT season 18. AGT: All-Stars will feature a three-judge panel consisting of Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum.

While fans are upset that Sofia won't be returning to the judges' table, they are excited about this new series. Since AGT: Extreme got canceled after only one season, viewers are looking forward to the upcoming spin-off, and all the international talent that will grace their TV screens. As fans of the AGT franchise get used to 2023, and try to stick to their New Year's resolutions, they can also prepare for a fun premiere tonight, where some great talents will showcase their abilities.
