Though the characters of Sailor Moon fight for their lives (and the planet) on a regular basis, they still aren't particularly ruthless characters. Instead, the characters make a point of trying to talk things out with enemies first, wanting to promote forgiveness and love. That would make it tough for any of them to survive a Squid Game situation.

Squid Game doesn't just require that the participants figure out games based on ones they might have played in childhood. They also have to be willing to watch the competition die - or take them out themselves. Game-players, likewise, need to be able to form alliances and manipulate their opponents as some games require teamwork and others encourage betrayal. The entire experience would certainly be a challenge for the Sailor Senshi, and some of them would be eliminated fairly quickly.

Sailor Mercury

Though Sailor Mercury is easily the most intelligent of the Sailor Senshi, she's also the shyest and gentlest. She could definitely work out the objectives of the game and how to get through the games successfully, but she wouldn't get the chance to last through them.

Sailor Mercury would be horrified by the truth of the games once she started playing. Her shock wouldn't allow her to simply sit still and allow other players to die though, which would mean she'd likely be out in the first round.

Sailor Pluto

The audience doesn't get to know Sailor Moon's Sailor Pluto as well as they do the other Sailor Senshi. That's partly because the Outer Senshi aren't in quite as much of Sailor Moon's story as the Inner, and partly because Setsuna tries very hard to stick to a strict set of rules.

If she was placed in the Squid Game dorms, Sailor Pluto would likely keep to herself, biding her time until she completely understood the rules. Keeping to herself would likely be her undoing, though, as an alliance is necessary for the middle round of games. Not aligning with other players would also leave her vulnerable in the event of conflict in the dorms, which is likely where she would meet her end.

Tuxedo Mask

Mamoru glares as Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon Crystal

He might not be a member of the Sailor Senshi, but Tuxedo Mask spends nearly as much time saving the world in Sailor Moon as the young women do. Depending on the adaptation, he doesn't have the same level of power as the Senshi, but power wouldn't be everything in the Squid Game.

Tuxedo Mask would likely make a handful of trusted allies in the game as people are often drawn to him in the anime and the manga. He's a strong leader as well, but he also knows when to defer to others, making him a valuable teammate. The trouble is that he wouldn't make it to the end because he would insist on taking on the risks for his allies himself. He would be the one to fall so that others could move forward.

Sailor Neptune

While most of the Outer Senshi do prove themselves to be more ruthless fighters in the anime, Sailor Neptune is as gentle as Sailor Mercury. She would be horrified to learn just what the Squid Games actually are. But since she has prophetic dreams, she might have a slight edge over a few competitors if she was able to see what's coming.

Sailor Neptune gets vague hints at what's to come, however, not detailed instructions about just what to do. All she has to do is interpret one of those dreams wrong and end up going in the wrong direction, leading to her downfall in the games.

Sailor Jupiter

Sailor Jupiter is one of the strongest Sailor Senshi. She can lift grown men over her head, even when in her civilian form. There's no question that she would excel in the more physical aspects of the games. An experienced cook and baker, she would even likely have the patience and dexterity for the honeycomb challenge that most people wouldn't.

Like Tuxedo Mask, however, Sailor Jupiter would certainly put everyone else in the game first. She would sacrifice herself before she would manipulate anyone into getting to the finals herself.

Sailor Uranus

If there's any member of the Sailor Senshi who could rival Sailor Jupiter for strength, it's Sailor Moon's Sailor Uranus. Haruka also is a bit more committed to taking out enemies at any cost compared to Sailor Jupiter, which is why she might get slightly farther in the games.

However, she is overconfident compared to the Inner Senshi. She's incredibly comfortable with her power set, and never thinks that anyone could beat her, so something as deceptively simple as walking across glass panels could be enough to make her lose the game.

Sailor Mars

Rei Hino in her shrine robe in Sailor Moon Crystal

Sailor Mars is the least consistently adapted character in the Sailor Moon franchise. The 1990s anime depicted her as a bit of a hothead and incredibly competitive. The manga, and later Sailor Moon Crystal, depict her as a bit more zen, as she meditates and puts more stock in her own visions of the future.

This zen approach might help her in a game like "Red Light, Green Light," and help her focus in some of the solo games, as well. Sailor Mars also isn't averse to taking lives, as she managed to take out two of Queen Beryl's minions on her own in the '90s anime. Like so many of the Inner Senshi, however, Sailor Mars would rather fight for someone else than she would herself, and she would undoubtedly give her life to help others survive.

Sailor Venus

Sailor Venus is technically the leader of the Sailor Senshi. She operated on her own before meeting up with the rest of the group, and she's even impersonated the Moon Princess to take on enemies herself. She's tough, despite the '90s anime making her seem flighty and boy-obsessed.

As a result, Sailor Venus would get pretty far in the games. In fact, she could even make it to the final round. The only way she wouldn't is if Sailor Moon is in the games with her. If Sailor Moon is a competitor, Sailor Venus will protect her to the very end because she takes her duty to the princess very seriously. She would put herself between Sailor Moon and any threat, sacrificing herself so Sailor Moon could continue to the end.

Sailor Moon

As the leader of the Sailor Senshi, Sailor Moon inspires loyalty in all those around her. Even when Sailors Uranus and Pluto are on the opposite side of a fight, they deeply regret going against their princess, but they don't see another option. It's this loyalty that would get Sailor Moon to the final round of Squid Game.

Sailor Moon, on the whole, is incredibly brave, but she's not the best strategist or fighter. Her team usually does a lot of the work, only for her to land the finishing blow if she can't convince the enemy to turn over a new leaf. In the dorms, she would inspire the people around her, which would give her a strong alliance. Just as her Sailor Senshi would sacrifice themselves for her, so would the members of her alliance. With no one to help her in the final Squid Game though, she wouldn't necessarily win.

Sailor Galaxia

Sailor Galaxia laughs in '90s anime of Sailor Moon

There is only one Sailor Senshi more powerful than Sailor Moon - and more ruthless than all of the other Sailor Senshi combined. Sailor Galaxia is a Sailor Senshi who wants to be the most powerful of all, so she steals the star seeds of other Senshi in the manga. In the anime, she manages to get other Sailor Senshi to do her bidding, drawing on everyone else's power.

She quite literally destroys all of Sailor Moon's allies right in front of her, so she's certainly ruthless enough to get in the heads of her competitors, and smart enough to make it through the games. She could use her superior strength to oust an opponent in the final round, leaving her the winner.
