When Charmed got a reboot in 2018, it brought a whole new take on sisters who discover their magical roots. The Vera and Vaughn sisters unite after the death of their mother under mysterious circumstances, only to discover they're not just sisters, but witches.
In the world of the CW's rebooted story, there are a whole host of magical and non-magical characters that are a part of the sisters' lives. Fans can find a lot in common with the characters if they're interested in what zodiac signs say about different personality types.
Aries: Charity
Charity has a lot of Capricorn traits, like her ambition and leadership qualities, but ultimately, she exemplifies an Aries. Aries' are characterized by allowing their emotions to lead them. Impulsive, Aries run headlong into situations without thinking.
For Charity, that means giving in to her fear of the darkness inside of Macy. When she worries about Macy's darkness awakening, she starts killing people as a way to prevent Macy from gaining any powers, starting with Marisol. While other Aries might follow love or anger, Charity is led by fear.
Taurus: Harry
As a Whitelighter, Harry is responsible for teaching and protecting witches. He's steady and dependable, and completely focused on the importance of keeping the Charmed ones safe.
Harry is an exemplary Taurus. He is patient with his charges as he tries to help him through all of the complications that come with magic in their lives. Harry is also, however, very stubborn. When he presents an idea to the sisters with his vast library of magical knowledge, he tends to stick to his own idea rather than hear theirs. It takes him a long time to open up to their way of doing things.
Gemini: Maggie
Maggie being born at the end of May is canon in the series, so fans already know she's a Gemini. She's one of the few characters whose zodiac sign the audience can actually figure out.
Geminis are known for being malleable. They adapt to new situations quickly, figuring out just where they best fit in. Maggie does just that in the second season as she finds a way for the sisters to get in and out of Safe Space and begins making their new living situation home.
Cancer: Marisol
Marisol's love for her daughters is the foundation of everything the audience learns about her in the series. Every decision she makes is built on preparing them for their future as the Charmed ones, even though she can't be a part of Macy's life.
Like most Cancers, Marisol is someone who connects deeply with those she cares about. She'll stop at nothing to protect them either. She builds a network of witches that can trust her. Marisol also goes out of her way to hide magical ways for her daughters to protect themselves.
Leo: Jordan
Like Maggie, Jordan is one of the few characters that the audience has a frame of reference for their birthday. The in-show timeline indicates he's born in late July, making him a Leo.
Leos are performers. They love to have fun and have all eyes on them. Jordan doesn't act like that 24-7, but there's a reason he's such a highlight on Safe Space's karaoke night.
Virgo: Niko
Niko doesn't have a presence in the series beyond the first season, but that's largely because the sisters move to a whole new place and she's back in their original home. Mel's ex-girlfriend, Niko's entire timeline is changed by Mel in order to keep her safe.
Niko has the tenacity of a Scorpio, going after mysteries no matter how many times she's told to leave them alone, but she's definitely a Virgo. She systematically tracks down leads. Though she trades in her potential career as a police detective to become a private investigator, she uses a lot of the same methods, planning for all strange matters of events - except for magic.
Libra: Galvin
Those born under the sign of Libra can be as charming and adaptable as Geminis. Galvin is definitely that, adapting to a life with magic pretty easily despite his scientific background. He, however, is motivated by a sense of fairness.
Galvin is afraid of the dark side of magic, but he learns all he can about it so that he can help fight it. He spends his time focused on the balance the world needs, and he even sacrifices himself to sure it's restored.
Scorpio: Abigael
Abigael bursts into season two with an agenda and some actual respect for the Charmed ones, despite wanting to be more powerful than them. Part witch, part demon, Abigael wants to use her witch side to help her rule the demon underworld.
She's pretty crafty in her schemes, but she's also very upfront about what she wants. When Abigael wants something, like a Scorpio, she aggressively goes after it. That doesn't always work out for her, but no one can accuse her of not trying.
Sagittarius: Macy
Macy has a life full of structure before she finds out about magic. Though it's hard for her at first, her inquisitive nature has her finding commonalities between science and magic. Macy loves to learn, really immersing herself in new subjects, and magic provides her with another avenue to do that.
That's the nature of a Sagittarius. They're always interested in learning new things. They also love to talk about the new things they've learned. Macy can't wait to tell her sisters when she figures out new things - whether they want to hear it or not.
Capricorn: Mel
Mel has always been the big sister and she spends so much time looking out for Maggie that it throws her for a loop to find out they both have another big sister in Macy. She has a strict sense of responsibility for her family that sees her initially following in her mother's footsteps at work before magic enters her life.
Despite her world being turned upside down, like a true Capricorn, Mel still has ambition and works hard. She might not be in grad school anymore, but she works as hard as she can in the jobs she can get. Mel also studies like crazy to make sure she can commit different spells to memory to be able to be the best witch she can be. Her ambitions might change, but she never strays from her Capricorn roots.
Aquarius: Parker
Parker spends a lot of time in the first season caught between his father's demonic world and his human nature. He doesn't want to be a bad guy, but he doesn't know how to get rid of his demon side.
Parker makes an interesting choice, one befitting of an Aquarius. He decides to find a way to make his own path in the world. Though he has demonic abilities, he still relies on his human emotions. Parker even decides to try his hand at running the demon underworld his own way.
Pisces: Katrina
Katrina is one of the new characters introduced in the second season. She doesn't get a ton of screen time, but in the handful of episodes that she does appear, Katrina makes a connection with Mel and demonstrates that she has a true connection to magic.
Pisces are known to be the most spiritual of the signs, and Katrina certainly demonstrates the spiritual Pisces nature. Despite not having a magical legacy behind her like the Charmed ones, or a Whitelighter to help guide her, she taps into real magic on her own and truly believes in being connected to the energy of the world.
