Calling The Cabin tn The Woods one of the coolest and most interesting horror movies is definitely not an overstatement. The Joss Whedon-Drew Goddard movie is still as relevant today as it was when it was released almost a decade ago, and fans can still find new details about the story with every viewing.
With terrifying monsters and perfect explanations for every strange plot point, The Cabin in the Woods can be considered a masterclass in how to create a smart horror movie. With many different characters, ranging from the employees at the Facility to the college students at the heart of it all, it's fun to think about which zodiac sign everyone fits into.
Aries: Gary Sitterson
Richard Jenkins' character, Gary, has the personality traits of an Aries sign. He's got a lot of passion for his job, which would definitely be necessary since it's so evil, and he's a natural leader, reflected in his high position.
Aries signs get upset when they're forced to wait and sit around, and they want to feel useful and like other people appreciate them. Gary fixes a lot of things at the Facility, so he feels like it's a good fit for him (as crazy as it seems to even have this job in the first place).

Fans enjoyed watching Chris Hemsworth play Curt in The Cabin in the Woods. Taurus signs can relate to Curt as he's stubborn and seems comfortable with his life.
While Curt could apply himself more, he likes being the jock who wants a good time. Taurus signs have some negative qualities, such as being controlling of other people, and that's how Curt acts with Jules sometimes.
Gemini: Holden McCrea

Leo: The Director
Of all the movies taking place in the woods, The Cabin in the Woods is the most terrifying since every human being's life is on the line.
Sigourney Weaver plays The Director, the one in control of it all, and she has many traits of a Leo sign. She runs the whole company, bosses everyone around, and seems to really relish her power. Leos love being in charge, that's for sure.
Virgo: Wendy Lin
Wendy is definitely a Virgo sign, as she's careful and organized. She seems to have a better work ethic than the other characters.

Patience (Jodelle Ferland) is part of the Buckner family and one of the zombies who goes after Dana and her friends.
Libra signs will see similarities with this character, who had a pretty sad and horrible childhood. Libras are concerned with fairness and things being equal, and it could be argued that Patience is getting revenge with her evil actions.
Scorpio: Mordecai
Mordecai (Tim de Zarn) is one of the typical characters in horror movies. He's an unnerving and strange man working at a gas station, and he tries to tell the college students that something is up.
Mordecai seems like a Scorpio sign. He's got a passion for his job, as it seems like he often phones Gary or Steve and lectures them or tells them that he's upset, which proves that he cares about what he's doing at least a little bit.
Sagittarius: Jules Louden
There are some great horror movies that don't involve character deaths. That's definitely not The Cabin in the Woods.
Jules (Anna Hutchison) is labeled "The Wh*re" in the ritual and is meant to die first. Steve sounds like a Capricorn as it seems like he and his wife are trying to start a family. Capricorns desire a simple, quiet life. While Steve's job is evil, of course, he does seem like a nice person besides all that.
Aquarius: Marty Mikalski
Fran Kranz's character Marty has many Aquarius traits, so people with this zodiac sign will relate to how he can fluctuate between being friendly and a total introvert.
Aquarius signs are just as okay chilling at home alone as they are attending a gathering, and Marty has his moments when he seems to enjoy socializing. The rest of the time, he likes hanging out alone and coming up with theories about the world.

Dana (Kristen Connolly) finds a journal all about the creepy Buckner family, and it's her first realization that it might have been a mistake to come to this cabin.
Dana seems like a Pisces sign, as she's more sensitive than the other characters. Once her friends die and she's fighting for her life, she's devastated by what is going on, and her sadness and fear are written all over her face. She seems like she has a better hold on her emotions than her friends, as when the movie begins, she is getting over an affair with her professor that ended badly.
