Where To Watch Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen (2009)
Following up on the exciting events of the original film, the 2009 Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen details the Decepticons as they work to follow a command from their leader, the Fallen, who is a former member of a group called the Seven Primes. Fallen was imprisoned for breaking the command to keep planets with life intact, and he sets out on a mission of revenge against Earth. This mission includes harvesting the power of the sun to create an energy source and involves taking down the protagonist of the first film, Sam.
This visual thrill ride still comes with some of the same complex, detail-oriented design decisions that its predecessor made, but unfortunately, it compromises in terms of emotion and depth, causing it to feel somewhat inadequate. However, under the right mindset, it can definitely be enjoyed just as much as any other film like it - the amazing action sequences and top-notch CGI are more than enough to make that at least a possibility.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon is the third film in the Transformers series. It was released in 2011 and follows the story of Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeaouf) and his new girlfriend, Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whitely). The two work to defeat the evil Decepticons once again. Optimus Prime strongly believes that in order to win in this war, they must recruit the help of Sentinel Prime, the once-leader of the Autobots.
The film has plenty of great moments that are fun to watch, and it seemed to bode well with audiences, earning a massive $1.124 billion on a budget of $195 million - but critics were less than accommodating, with the harshest saying it didn't deserve its numerous accolades and even the kindest admitting there were clear faults in terms of plot, tone, and character execution. Still, if you don't expect too much from it, Dark of the Moon does its job as a Transformers film fairly well, and it can definitely rank among the best in terms of visual storytelling.
Where To Watch Transformers: Age Of Extinction (2014)
The fourth movie in the Transformers franchise, Transformers: Age of Extinction made an astounding $1.104 billion at the box office on a budget of just $210 million. This movie takes an out with the old, in with the new approach, as it introduces an entirely new cast of human characters. Following the epic Battle of Chicago, humans are left feeling wary of both the Autobots and Decepticons. A CIA task force begins hunting down the remaining Transformers on Earth, in an effort to keep humanity safe. Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg), an inventor and single father, finds himself befriending a damaged Transformer, leading him on a journey of helping Optimus Prime and the Autobots participate in yet another crucial battle of good versus evil.

Where To Watch Transformers: The Last Knight (2017)
Transformers: The Last Knight was released in 2017 and follows Autobot, Optimus Prime, as he searches for answers about his past, coming in contact with his creator, Cybertronian sorceress Quintessa. Her ultimate goal, which she will use whatever means necessary to achieve, is to destroy her longtime nemesis Unicron before he emerges from planet Earth (although her action will have the slight drawback of destroying Earth and all of its inhabitants).
Unfortunately, the movie did not live up to the success of its predecessors. On a budget of about $217 million, the film ended up earning around $600 million, which seems like a lot until you consider that the previous film in the franchise grossed more than $1 billion. Indeed, this fifth film performed so far below expectations that it ended up losing nearly $100 million dollars. Not to mention, it's the worst-reviewed Transformers film ever, panned for its characters, script, plot, tone, and direction. We can still recommend this, but only for diehard fans of the series or genre - and maybe perhaps connoisseurs of so-bad-it's-good gems like The Room.
Where To Watch Bumblebee (2018)
The sixth installment in the Transformers movie franchise, Bumblebee acts as both a spin-off and prequel to the series. Set in 1987, Bumblebee follows Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld) after she discovers the injured Autobot scout, B-127. Nicknaming him Bumblebee, Charlie helps the iconic yellow Transformer evade both the evil Decepticons and the efforts of Colonel Jack Burns (John Cena) to capture him.
Although the lowest-grossing film of the Transformers franchise, many see 2018’s Bumblebee as the installment as a breath of fresh air. It was directed by Travis Knight and written by Christina Hodson who, together, created a movie that felt more like a coming-of-age tale than a sci-fi thriller. The movie details the story of an insecure and introverted teenager named Charlie Wilson (Hailee Steinfeld). In the midst of her finding her place in the world, she discovers Bumblebee the Autobot in a junkyard. The two band together to save humanity from yet another batch of evil Decepticons looking to wreak havoc on the world.
Where To Watch Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts (2023)
Five years after the release of Bumblebee, comes another highly-anticipated Transformers film. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is the sixth movie to be added to the franchise and was released on June 9, 2023, only in theaters. It follows the story of Optimus Prime and the Autobots as they embark on what is promised to be their biggest challenge yet, tackling a new threat that is seemingly capable of destroying all of Earth and requires them to join forces with the Maximals.
As of now, there is no information about where this film will be available to stream post its theatrical release. However, it is likely that it will live on Paramount Plus, as the franchise is distributed by Paramount.
