The Franchise So Far
The story began way back in 1994 with the loveable single dad Calvin Scott discovering Santa Claus had fallen off his roof on Christmas Eve, sparking a trilogy of beloved children’s films as Scott, played by the ever-hilarious Tim Allen, finds out that he and he alone can take Santa’s place and save Christmas.
The Santa Clause 2 meets up with Scott Calvin eight years into his job as the best St Nick there ever was, but trouble is afoot! Another clause has come to light; Scott must get married before midnight strikes on Christmas Eve or his term as Santa will be over. To top it all off, his son Charlie has been put on the naughty list and only has one month to turn around his bad behavior.
In the third installment, the stakes are higher than ever for Scott Calvin with the appearance of Jack Frost who has ground Christmas to a halt. Having tried to retire from being Santa, Scott now realizes the only way he can save the holiday for everyone around the world is to get his old job back.

The Santa Clauses is a continuation of the third film but departs from its cinematic roots and is presented as a one-off mini-series for streaming.
