The February 27th Wordle answer isn't a very difficult one and most players should bring home the win. This word-guessing game that has gained a lot of popularity recently due to its simple gameplay, one-a-day puzzles, and strong social media presence. With the recent purchase of Wordle by The New York Times it seems that the game is here to stay and has become a staple in many players' morning routines.
The game is played on a 5x6 grid and players are tasked with guessing a five-letter word within six attempts. Each time a word is guessed the game will provide clues by coloring the boxes. If the box turns green, the player has the correct letter in the correct spot, yellow shows that the letter is right but the placement is wrong. Finally, if the box turns gray the letter is not at all in the answer. This information is used to push the player towards the correct answer for the day. Wordle also has a 'Hard Mode' that can be accessed through the options menu. This mode locks letters based on previous clues and requires a bit more critical thinking when moving forward in the puzzle.
Whenever a Wordle game is completed, win or lose, players have the option to share their results on social media. These posts have been littering timelines throughout 2022 and only helped the game gain more players. Utilizing colored emoji boxes, Wordle found a way to keep the attempts spoiler-free while still showing off the player's journey to the correct answer. For some, sharing their daily attempts has become a competition with players showing off how fast they guessed the correct answer.

Some players just need a couple of hints to keep their streak going, and for those who don't directly want the correct Wordle answer, we've provided three clues to help.
- Hint 1: Today's answer is usually repeated over and over.
- Hint 2: There are no double letters today.
- Hint 3: The last three letters of today's Wordle share their name with a popular insect.
Wordle 253 Answer (February 27)
If the hints didn't give it away, the February 27th Wordle answer is CHANT. For today's starting word we used ROAST, this gave us the correct placement for 'A' and 'T'. For the second word, we tried PLANT which provided the correct placement for 'N' and a few more unused letters. The third attempt was GIANT, which only provided more unused letters until we guessed the correct word for the day, CHANT.
