Were New Line able to go ahead with their original plans from 2014, the sequel could've received a theatrical summer release, much like its predecessor. The film closes with “The Millers” living together as a family in a nice suburban house complete with white picket fence, as the camera pans away to reveal they’re growing marijuana in their backyard.
