As Fortnite Season 7 continues, players can further boost their Battle Pass and earn more Battle Stars by completing Epic and Legendary Quests for Week 3. This week in Fortnite, the challenges seem somewhat random, including a good mix of familiar Fortnite events and new mechanics introduced in Season 7. Completing quests is one of the easiest ways to earn extra XP toward the Season 7 Battle Pass. This season, each time players earn enough XP to level up in the Fortnite Season 7 Battle Pass, they will earn five Battle Stars. Battle Stars can be used to unlock any of the Battle Pass rewards players want in almost any order from ten full pages of cosmetics. To help players unlock the cosmetics they want more quickly, both Epic and Legendary Quests are worth more XP in Season 7 than they had been in the last two seasons. Epic Quests reward 30,000 XP upon completion, and Legendary Quests award anywhere from 15,000 to 45,000 XP.

During Week 3 of Fortnite Season 7, players will be tasked with completing some activities related to water, as well as a few random activities showcasing new and old Fortnite game mechanics like chicken gliding and crafting. Players will also need to make the island more welcoming for the alien invaders. There are seven Epic Quests related to these activities and six Legendary Quests. Here's every Epic and Legendary Quest that players can complete in Week 3 of Fortnite Season 7.

Many of the Epic Quests during Week 3 of Fortnite Season 7 are not specific to a single location, making them somewhat easier for players to complete. It is also easier for players to complete multiple tasks in a single match to maximize their efficiency and earn more XP faster.

The Week 3 Epic Quests are:

Each Epic Quest during Week 3 of Fortnite Season 7 rewards 30,000 XP upon completion.

It is likely players will need to spend some time searching for Porta-Potties as well as Chickens and boats. Porta-Potties are most concentrated in the northern area around Coral Castle, but players can also find a few at Corny Complex and Catty Corner. If they choose to go to Corny Complex, they should also be able to find a chicken with which they can glide for 20 meters. If they are quick, they may also be able to go from Corny Complex to destroy boats at Craggy Cliffs before the Storm Eye shrinks.

The Legendary Quests are likely to be a little more challenging because they must take place in very specific locations. The Week 3 Legendary Quests include:

  • Get Slone's Orders from a Payphone (1)
  • Converse with Sunny, Joey, or Beach Brutus (1)
  • Place Welcome Signs in Pleasant Park and Lazy Lake (4)
  • Place Boomboxes in Believer Beach (2)
  • Place Alien Light Communication Devices on Mountain Tops (2)
  • Collect Cat Food (2)

Each of these quests suggests a different way of interacting and dealing with the alien invaders. The first two quests in the line reward 15,000 XP each, while the remaining four reward 30,000 XP each.

During Week 3 of Fortnite Season 7, players can also find five new Alien Artifacts around the map. These are new collectibles used to unlock more styles to customize Kymera's appearance, so players should also make a point to find all of these, during or after their questing.

Week 3 also falls within the kickoff to the Cosmic Summer Celebration in Fortnite. During this two-week event, players can complete quests outside the Season 7 Battle Pass in Community Created LTMs like Pro 100 and Freaky Flights. Completing these quests unlocks summer-themed cosmetic prizes, including Back Blings, wraps, emotes, and gliders.

It is always a good idea to try and complete Fortnite's Epic and Legendary Quests in Team Rumble mode. This tends to be a less crowded game mode, allowing players opportunities to complete quest activities. Recent changes to Team Rumble upset fans and will make questing in this mode a little more difficult, but players should ultimately still have enough time to complete a few quests each match.
