A new retro website allows users to watch movies, shows, music videos, and more from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Many films and shows from these decades have gotten the reboot treatment or been remade, especially recently. For instance, the 90s cartoon Animaniacs is currently in the process of getting a reboot, and the incredibly popular 80s book series, The Babysitter's Club, is also in the process of being adapted into a Netflix series. Now, many of the original shows and movies that have inspired these remakes and reboots can be watched from a brand new website.

A website called My Decade TV, created by Joey Cato, lets users watch TVs from the 70s, 80s, and 90s that offer a variety of different channels, including cartoons, game shows, movies, news, music videos, and more. Cato explains in the TV manual, which can be accessed below the TVs, that the websites were created because he wanted "to honor the pop culture memories of decades past." He went on to add that "each site aspires to simulate the vintage experience of channel-surfing on a TV from a particular era," so to support that, "channel content may not necessarily start playing from the beginning."

The TV manual also serves as a way for users to learn the ropes of the website and how each TV works. Not to mention, along the side of the televisions, there are also boxes users can check to focus on specific channel options rather than surfing through all of them to find just the right one. Considering all of the reboots and remakes Hollywood has released, or currently has in the works, this website is a fun way to check out the original inspirations for them.
