An unbelievably lucky Call of Duty: Warzone player managed to score the easiest win ever by simply sitting in a plane and waiting for everyone else to leave. Winning a game of Call of Duty: Warzone is a tough task considering how many variables are in motion, but sometimes, a series of unlikely events might lead to the easiest victory ever possible. Usually, pulling a win in this battle royale game requires a lot more skill and dedication, sometimes even forcing gamers to play dirty.

Despite all the odds and environmental hazards, one hardworking Warzone player defeated a whole squad and earned a well-deserved victory. The epic conclusion, however, was somewhat overshadowed by the player’s dirty methods. To pull this impossible win, the gamer brought a vehicle to a gunfight, driving over most of the enemies and blocking the last one in the gas. Even though it highlights that Warzone’s cars are probably too powerful, such a dirty win still technically counts.

A player named Vytrux shared an unbelievably lucky win on Reddit. According to the story, that particular round of Warzone started on an unbearably laggy server with severe packet losses. It forced the majority of players to immediately leave the game before even parachuting from the plane. In the course of a few seconds, Vytrux’s squad was the last one on board, which resulted in an instant victory. Funnily enough, the win animation with a helicopter extraction still arrived, even though the squad never left the plane. The player added that it was the less populated Rebirth Island map, which supports just 90 players. It is also only available through a separate playlist, which probably explains why the server was lagging so much. In other words, the winning conditions were extremely rare, and it makes the player’s unlikely victory even more impressive.

Another nerve-wracking, insane story happened to another unexpected Warzone winner who was forced to play dead right in the middle of the final firefight between the remaining squads. Pretending to be a harmless corpse, the player used their own loot as camouflage, waiting for a perfect moment to strike. When there was a single enemy left alive, the fake “corpse” grabbed the dropped weapon and attacked the unsuspecting opponent. A few shots later, the player claimed the sweet victory.

Peaceful victories in violent battle royale games are probably among the most satisfying ones. As a first-person shooter, Warzone requires high individual skill, fast thinking, and excellent spatial awareness. The hilarious part is that none of that was required to score an unlikely victory, which was achieved on board the plane even before any action started - and it’s definitely worth admiring.
