An all-new WarioWare: Get It Together! trailer offers a closer look at the game's multiplayer shenanigans and mini-games. Following the release of a survey that gauged fan interest for another WarioWare adventure, Nintendo surprised viewers during its E3 2021 Direct stream by unveiling WarioWare: Get It Together! for the Nintendo Switch.

The newest entry in the nearly 20-year-old franchise revisits the WarioWare tradition of delivering an adventure replete with microgames that Wario and friends must skillfully navigate. Best known for their brevity, these microgames come in many shapes and sizes. Some of the mini-games place Wario in a Pac-Man-inspired maze, for instance. In the past, a few WarioWare titles have cleverly incorporated gimmicks like gyroscope use or the Wiimote. Given the design of the Nintendo Switch, players can expect developers to further expand upon content options, specifically where multiplayer-related features are concerned.

A brand-new "Overview Trailer" for WarioWare: Get It Together! has gone live on Nintendo's official YouTube channel. Wario himself narrates the video, outlining what exactly microgames offer in terms of gameplay - brief experiences that come in quick bursts and require players to think fast. They're relatively simple to manage, though, requiring the use of only one button and thumbstick. Wario's narration later shares details about members of his crew, including Mona and Ashley, all of whom tackle each microgame in unique ways. Since Get It Together! will launch with more than 200 mini-games, fans will have no shortage of content to explore, which can be played with up to two users at once. Plus, Get It Together! will boast Variety Pack options allowing players to compete in certain microgames and team up in others.

Clearly, the WarioWare development team left no stone unturned, ensuring solo players and duos had plenty to sink their teeth into. Fans don't have to wait too much longer to get their hands on this collection of mini-experiences, either.

The first WarioWare party game hit store shelves in 2003 on the Game Boy Advance. Developer Intelligent Systems has been the steward of the franchise for well over a decade, helming production on everything from 2004's WarioWare: Twisted to 2018's WarioWare Gold for the Nintendo 3DS. Presently, the studio is wrapping up production on the imminent release of Get It Together!
