The first footage for WandaVision confirms previous rumors that the show will introduce Scarlet Witch and Vision's kids. Marvel Studios has set up the relationship between Wanda Maximoff and Vision since their joint debut in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but their time together appeared to reach an end when Vision died in Avengers: Infinity War. His android body was not among those brought back to life in Avengers: Endgame, but it was already confirmed Vision still had a future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Vision and Scarlet Witch will star in the Disney+ series WandaVision - now set to arrive on the streaming service this year - and it will be up to the show to explain how Vision is back. The popular theory has been that he'll return as Wanda messes with reality before her appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Thanks to an MCU/Disney+ teaser trailer that showed the two living together in different times, the alternate reality of this story looks to be solidified. But, the footage also backed up rumors that WandaVision will introduce their children too.

Reports that WandaVision could introduce Billy and Tommy Maximoff have circulated for some time, with Marvel themselves even teasing their inclusion in the show back when Disney+ launched. Now, footage from WandaVision has two explicit references to the debuts of the Maximoff children. In one shot, a surprised Wanda turns around and looks to be pregnant. Later on in the footage, Wanda and Vision are standing next to two cribs when the pacifiers are shot into the sky. This isn't because Wanda and Vision are babysitting in their suburban lifestyle but because they now have two kids of their own.

Now that Billy and Tommy have been teased to this degree, fans will undoubtedly begin wondering how exactly WandaVision will explain them. In the comics, the twins are created by Wanda's powers and parts of Mephisto's life essence. This connection to Mephisto eventually led to the children being erased from reality. WandaVision is not expected to feature Mephisto, but it's been theorized in the past that Nightmare will be the villain, so this could be Marvel's way of replacing the devil. It's possible that Wanda either knowingly or unknowingly makes a deal with Nightmare to create this new life, including her kids, but then everything eventually goes awry.

However Marvel decides to introduce Billy and Tommy in WandaVision, this is unlikely to be the end of their time in the MCU. Years after their disappearance, Billy and Tommy were reborn in the comics as William Kaplan and Thomas Shepherd. They both had superpowers - William as a mage and Thomas as a speedster - and came to join the Young Avengers. A similar arc could be in store for them both based on all the other Young Avengers set up Marvel is doing in Phase 4. If this is part of their plan, now we know for sure that WandaVision is where Wanda and Vision's kids will make their debuts.
