It seems like the wait has been going on forever, so the incoming arrival of WandaVision is certainly welcome after such a long time of anticipation. With the date of its premiere around the corner, fans have taken to making up wish lists over what they want to see in this series.

Disney+ is uncharted waters for both the viewer and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, meaning WandaVision needs to knock it out of the park in terms of quality and fan wish fulfillment. There are several dozens of things that fans would like to see, although these are the ones that they want the most.

Episodes Featuring A Laugh Track Sitcom Style

Wandavision

Laugh track sitcoms might have gone out of style in contemporary times, but the best sitcoms overall remain those that used this format. WandaVision will pay homage to sitcoms like I Love Lucy, so the series should go all in and employ the same style.

To this end, Scarlet Witch and Vision’s life needs to include a laugh track. This can be done to set the environment for the viewer, in a way that will make the humor stand out as well as emphasize how over-the-top this show’s presentation is.

Scarlet Witch's Moment Of Catharsis

There have been so many emotionally drained characters played by Elizabeth Olsen, that they can even be arranged by their MBTI personality. Scarlet Witch might be getting promoted in trailers as overly happy, but it’s clear she’s suffering from depression from Vision’s death.

The show can present the sitcom-style as Wanda’s way of coping, but it also needs a big moment of catharsis. This has to be done in a way where Wanda breaks down and lets the reality of her situation flood in. Visually, this should be a masterpiece considering Scarlet Witch’s reality-bending powers.

Scarlet Witch's Comic Book Outfit Incorporated Within The Story

Since the trailer was so cryptic, a lot of things were missed by fans. Scarlet Witch donning her comic book attire wasn’t, though. This shouldn’t be left as a simple reference to the comics, and there should be a relevance to this get-up within the plot.

It can range from Wanda putting the suit on and deciding to move on, or deluding herself with the idea that she and Vision have become a superhero couple. Whatever it might be, the costume needs to have significance to the story.

Return Of Quicksilver

Quicksilver WandaVision SR

If Vision can return, then Quicksilver sure as heck can as well. Seeing as this series is supposed to have Scarlet Witch take center stage, there’s enough room for her brother to make an appearance. Restricting this just to flashbacks or fantasy sequences works as well.

Ideally, Scarlet Witch’s reality-altering powers can bring Quicksilver back from the dead entirely. It’s the only way resurrecting him makes sense. Leaving him out would be a shame, as he provides quite a lot of layers to Wanda’s backstory.

Flashback To The Beginning Of Their Relationship

Romance Wandavision

You’ll find more than a few jokes at the expense of this couple. A lot of Scarlet Witch and Vision memes have to do with their age gap, which is played for laughs since she’s technically more than two decades older than him.

In order fully make viewers get on board with this romance -- since it was introduced abruptly in Avengers: Infinity War -- WandaVision should bring up scenes that took place before that movie. These can be paralleled to Wanda being alone, making for good juxtaposition between her situations.

Vision And J.A.R.V.I.S.'s Connection Explained

JARVIS Iron Man

Even though Vision is made out of J.A.R.V.I.S.’s A.I., you’ll find more facts about him through the Agent Carter series. The full connection between J.A.R.V.I.S. and Vision still hasn’t been elaborated upon, with only Bruce Banner’s small explanation in Avengers: Infinity War a clue as to what Vision is made of.

WandaVision needs to clarify if Vision really is his own person or is J.A.R.V.I.S. in some kind of advanced form. It would be cool to see him revert to the A.I. that was belonged to Tony Stark, although a confirmed explanation would be much better.

Scarlet Witch's Powers Fully Defined

Much of the fanbase considers the battle between Scarlet Witch and Thanos as among the best fight scenes for the character and the MCU as a whole. This doesn’t explain exactly what her powers are, though, as the series has never fully explained just what it is she does.

She hasn’t been established as a mystical power-holder along with the likes of Doctor Strange, and there’s no exact description of what powers the Mind Stone grants. For this reason, WandaVision should feature a detailed arc that enlightens Scarlet Witch over what exactly she’s capable of.

The Full Backstories Of Supporting Characters

To some extent, it does feel like a bunch of characters have been thrown together in WandaVision. Monica Rambeau, Darcy Lewis, and Jimmy Woo have all appeared in previous MCU movies, yet have had zero established connections with the protagonists.

It would be a real letdown if these guys appear just for the sake of bringing known characters. So, they need to be established as well, in that the show fills the viewer in over what these people have been up to in the decade or longer. In addition, they should have their own backstories so that their characterization doesn’t entirely hinge on Wanda or Vision.

Vision And Scarlet Witch's Children

The Vision And The Scarlet Witch welcome their children in Marvel Comics.

Like the case with Quicksilver, these kids don’t need to be real in order to have an appearance in the series. The comics had Scarlet Witch and Vision be parents to twin boys. The series has already implied the babies will be appearing, although it’s not been confirmed.

Rather than just showing a pair of babies, WandaVision can have them appear as adults as well. This can tie into Wanda’s fantasies and changing of reality. It would be cool to see these superpowered children show off their talents.

Appearance From Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange 2 WandaVision

This is an appearance that really has to happen. There have been fan theories galore over how Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch will meet. It’s been a long time coming, as the characters have similar powers and are agreed to be the strongest in the MCU as a whole.

Scarlet Witch will be appearing in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, so the seeds have to be laid in through WandaVision. Doctor Strange can arrive to get Wanda out of her deluded state, or make an appearance to take her along with his personal adventure.
