Blake Shelton is the only coach who has been on all 20 seasons of The Voice. After dedicating an entire decade of his life to the show, he is also one of the highest-paid coaches as well. He also continues to record country albums and go on tours, and he even owns several restaurants and music venues. There’s no denying his career is stronger than ever, thanks in part to his steady TV appearances.

Shelton and his fiancé Gwen Stefani met on The Voice and bonded as they each began going through a divorce. Five years later, they became engaged and now are a definite power couple. They have a 250 million dollar net worth, a mansion in Encino, California, and a ranch in Oklahoma that Shelton customized to make more comfortable for Stefani. Their relationship has at times played out on The Voice and that may have had some influence on the size of Shelton’s paycheck.

Most of the coaches on The Voice make around 13 million dollars each season that they appear. That would give Blake Shelton 26 million dollars every year from filming two seasons of the show. However, after Shelton and Stefani started dating, they reportedly negotiated jointly with producers of The Voice. They allegedly agreed to play up their relationship on The Voice for a raise in pay. They were not very secretive about their relationship to begin with, both gushing about each other frequently. But they were willing to bring out their flirty side for the right price.

Besides his relationship, Shelton also has many other negotiating points. He is the last of the original coaches, after Christina Aguilera, Ceelo Green, and Adam Levine all decided to move on to other projects. After so many seasons under his belt, Shelton has the most wins of any of the other coaches who have taken turns in the other three coaching seats. He is also the only country singer among the coaches, who are mostly pop and R&B singers.

We don’t know Blake Shelton’s exact salary from The Voice, but considering 13 million dollars per season was his baseline, we can say with certainty that he is making bank. He was able to easily afford a roughly 500 million dollar engagement ring for Stefani and a 13 million dollar mansion for the couple to share in Encino, as well as a ranch in Lake Texoma, Oklahoma, which he customized with a Hawaiian-inspired home for Stefani. Whatever his exact take-home pay is, it’s no doubt enough to even make the other judges jealous. Even though he and Stefani don't write music together, it looks like they are living a good life.
