10 Game Of Thrones Cameos That Went Unnoticed

Game of Thrones on HBO is now the most watched show on television, averaging over ten million viewers during its seventh season. Based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin, the show was created for TV by DB Weiss and David Benioff.

George R.R. Martin was presented with many opportunities to adapt his best selling novels after the commercial success of The Lord of the Rings, but it wasn’t until Dan and David came along with their proposal to pitch the stories as a series for HBO that Martin finally agreed.

This epic fantasy series features fire breathing dragons and undead armies alongside machiavellian politics based on European history. Game of Thrones also features its share of nudity and profanity. The show is also famous for killing off major characters in bunches when the audience least expects it.

The show has shattered records for the most Emmy wins ever at 212. As a result of the show’s success HBO now has five Game Of Thrones spinoff shows in development in preparation for the last season which will air in the spring of 2019.
