A new fan-made poster for Venom 3 shows Spider-Man in his symbiote suit. Back in the '80s, Spidey's black symbiote suit was introduced to comic book readers. It has been a fan-favorite suit since it's debut, making appearances in several comics, video games, movies, and TV shows. The first, and only, time fans saw the black suit on the big screen was when Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3 released in 2007.

While Spider-Man joined the MCU a few years ago for Captain America: Civil War, Sony went ahead and made their own Spider-Man universe focusing on some of his most famous foes. This began with Venom in 2018, which got mixed reviews, but did phenomenally well at the box office. There have been several reports over the years that Tom Holland's Spider-Man may appear in Sony's franchise, but they consistently refuted the claims. That seems to be all but confirmed at this point since Michael Keaton's Vulture made a surprise appearance in the first trailer for Morbius. It seems only a matter of time before Spider-Man meets Venom, which is what this fan poster imagines.

Artist ultraraw26 created a poster for Venom 3, which imagines what Spider-Man's symbiote suit could look like in a future movie. The poster also shows Carnage coming out of Venom's mouth, predicting that Venom 2 may not be the last we see of Cletus Kasady. Ultraraw26's piece can be seen in his Instagram post below.

Since Venom 3 is a long ways away at this point, fans are eagerly awaiting more information on Venom 2. Sony has yet to release any marketing material for Venom 2, but that doesn't mean that fans haven't gotten a behind-the-scenes look at the film already. After Tom Hardy confirmed filming on Venom 2 had begun, there have been several photos leaked from the set's production. The photos that have been getting the most attention feature Woody Harrelson's Cletus Kasady, who was briefly teased in the mid-credits scene of Venom in 2018.

With it seeming more and more likely that Sony's Spidey villain universe will be apart of the MCU, fans have been speculating on how Spider-Man will be introduced to the universe. A popular theory is that Spider-Man will have a cameo in Venom 2, before having a bigger role in another sequel. Fans would be thrilled to see Venom, Carnage, and Spider-Man cross paths, so hopefully Sony will give fans what they want to see when it comes time to make Venom 3.
