Stassi Schroeder is a Vanderpump Rules alum who's focused on motherhood, and she's been lying low since she was fired from the reality series. Lisa Vanderpump's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills offshoot used to revolve around Stassi. However, when she was accused of racism, she became a Bravo network liability, and she wasn't the only one. Kristin Doute, Max Boyens, Brett Caprioni, Stassi's ex-boyfriend Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright Cauchi were fired as well. While almost half of the cast got the boot, fan and media attention was largely focused on Stassi.

Stassi and her castmates were portrayed as privileged yet hustling waiters at Lisa's West Hollywood restaurant, SUR. When specific actions of hers ultimately became impossible for showrunners to ignore, her bratty caricature on the show didn't help her case. Stassi's conduct was especially unacceptable in light of the Black Lives Matter movement. She got in trouble for referencing the Nazi overtones of her outfit on social media and threw the word "ghetto" around in a conversation with Lisa. Most notoriously, Stassi and Kristin bragged about calling the police on Vanderpump Rules' Faith Stowers. The two women were accused of falsely suspecting her after racially profiling the real burglary suspect.

Stassi apologized while appearing on The Tamron Hall Show, acknowledging that she had work to do. Stassi had met with a diversity coach weekly before the interview. While Tamron appreciated aspects of Stassi's apology, she didn't hesitate to tell Stassi how her ignorant behavior had endangered Faith. Stassi also acknowledged that problematic comments on her podcast came from an "all lives matter" mentality. After spending years as part of the problem, Stassi finished by saying she was ready to be part of a solution.

Is Stassi Schroeder Changing?

Since leaving the show and wrapping up her apology tour, Stassi has kept a low profile. She appears to be focusing on her daughter Hartford and husband, Beau Clark. Stassi had a baby-friendly birthday with Jax and Brittany in Vegas. The family was more recently spotted at the Home restaurant in Los Angeles. Stassi and Hartford sported matching beige looks that she promoted on her Instagram page. Stassi also recently received a special visit from a disturbing member of the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride cast. She checked out the hayride later that week. Before being outed for problematic behavior, Stassi was known for her love of graveyards and all things spooky.

Stassi Schroeder Still Hangs Out With Vanderpump Rules Stars

Stassi has stayed connected to her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars. Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Brittany also became parents after filming was last halted. While the ladies didn't always get along, they've since noted that becoming mothers made it easier to set aside old grudges. The Vanderpump Rules OG cast members reunited earlier this fall. However, Lala's recent post with Stassi, Kristin, and Katie Maloney had co-star Ariana Madix asking if she was "living in the past or" if she was "ready for the future of the show?" Ariana consistently criticized Stassi and Kristin due to the way that they acted on Vanderpump Rules.

Stassi seems to be comfortable out of the spotlight. She is notably humbled, as her Instagram posts show. However, it isn't clear whether Stassi has advanced her anti-racist education further. While enjoying quality time with Beau and Hartford, she might consider revisiting this journey. At the same time, Lisa Vanderpump and Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host Andy tried to keep Stassi on the show. Andy said it would have been more interesting to see the disgraced cast members take accountability than exit. Regardless, Vanderpump Rules is moving on without Stassi.
