Producers are scrambling to figure out how to move forward with the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion, as two of the stars, Scheana Shay and Raquel Leviss, are currently embroiled in a legal situation that will not be heard by a judge until March 29, a date that falls after the scheduled reunion filming date. Scheana and Ariana Madix are incredibly close, so when Scheana discovered that Raquel had been involved in a long-term affair with Ariana's boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, she grew upset towards Raquel, with the latter obtaining a temporary restraining order alleging that Scheana's reaction was physical, a claim that Scheana and her attorney vehemently deny.

Once in Raquel's corner, Scheana from Vanderpump Rules must now avoid communication with her former friend, alongside staying a required 100 yards away from Raquel at all times prior to their hearing at the end of the month. Reality Blurb posted a quip from an insider stating the current Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion workaround plans due to this matter. “Raquel most likely is going to be the one to Zoom in. She's taking the cowardly way out by blaming the legal matters on why she can’t physically attend," they revealed. In addition, Radar Online has stated that the producers are still working things out and have set up calls to the cast for this week.

Tied to Tom Sandoval's affair, Raquel has a lot to answer for, but by attending remotely, it will be easy to blame technical difficulties in an attempt to avoid questions. Popular Instagram account @VanderpumpRulesParty posted a meme that sums up a lot of the reactions over this ordeal now that Raquel will likely avoid the full force of the hot seat. One fan said, "Production needs to push her and say she’s in violation of her contract if she doesn’t come." Another wondered how the reunion will work if the restraining order has any mention of the two reality stars not being able to talk to each other. Someone exclaimed that Raquel "needs to own" what she did.

When it comes to the blame game, Raquel and Tom Sandoval share responsibility for the role each played in their illicit affair. However, Raquel's restraining order adds a new layer to the chaos that has been unfolding since this affair was uncovered. Scheana is adamant that she was not physical with Raquel and that this restraining order is a lie. Photos have since emerged showing that Raquel's eye was bruised prior to the alleged altercation. If this is true and Raquel filed this order simply to avoid the reunion, she will likely never recover in the eyes of the viewers. Only time will tell how this unfolds.

Having her own share of hot-seat moments, Scheana is no stranger to conflict. Had she been given an opportunity, she would have been able to articulate her issues with Raquel well at the reunion. Now that the chance for the two to speak in any format has been completely removed, Raquel will still have to face the remainder of the Vanderpump Rules cast, all of whom (minus Tom Sandoval) stand in opposition to her actions. Unless the producers are able to move the filming date to fall after the hearing, or Scheana Zooms in, requiring Raquel's attendance, this reunion might not be as complete as many would hope.

Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
