Former Vanderpump Rules cast member Randall Emmett, ex-fiancé of Lala Kent, is working to settle the restraining order brought against him by ex-wife Ambyr Childers. The We Are Who We Are actress was granted a restraining order after alleging that her ex-husband was under FBI investigation for pedophilia. He responded by publicly denying any investigation was taking place. Randall and Ambyr share two children and were married from 2007 to 2019. They were still legally married when the disgraced producer began seeing Lala, who has her own legal drama with him.

According to Page Six, Vanderpump Rules' Randall Emmett and Ambyr Childers are working towards a settlement regarding their restraining order drama. Amid the latest of many serious allegations against Randall, the ex-spouses were set to appear in court but filed a request to delay their hearing. The new court date is set to be Thursday, January 26. The reason given for this delay was that both parties are “working on a settlement.” This comes about a month after Ambyr was able to secure a temporary restraining order after her first request was denied. According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, the order will stay in place until their court appearance. The You star alleged she took that action after being contacted by the FBI in early December 2022. She claimed Randall was suspected of "activities with child exploitation and pedophilia.” In addition to denying these allegations, Randall claimed Ambyr and Lala were conspiring to destroy him.

Randall Emmett's Custody Battles With Ambyr & Lala

Vanderpump Rules stars Lala Kent and Randall Emmett

After years of feuding, Ambyr and Lala became close amid the ongoing custody battles with their mutual ex. Lala shares a 1-year-old daughter named Ocean with the Midnight In The Switchgrass director. Just months after welcoming her first child, the singer publicly left her daughter's father amid rumors of infidelity. She later claimed that he began cheating on her the same month she gave birth. In June 2022, Lala participated in an exposé of Randall's alleged sexual misconduct. She told the Los Angeles Times that he allegedly tackled her to the ground to try and stop her from leaving him. The Silence producer insisted this didn't happen and also disregarded the entire article as a tactic for her to earn sole custody of Ocean.

The Vanderpump Rules season 10 trailer showed Lala crying about the allegations brought against Randall. At this time, it's unclear which specific allegations will be discussed on the Bravo reality series. Unsurprisingly, Randall will not return as a cast member for Vanderpump Rules season 10. After being referenced and mentioned for years, the producer began appearing during Vanderpump Rules seasons 8 and 9. The split occurred by the time Lala filmed the most recent reunion. At the time, it seemed like Randall's only issue was alleged infidelity. Considering how her own relationship with him began, Lala got no sympathy from her Bravo co-stars.

While it will likely cover the very serious allegations against Randall, Vanderpump Rules season 10 is also set to feature Lala's fun adventures as a single woman. After teasing that she was falling in love again, Lala posted a picture with model Don Lopez, her first public relationship since the bad breakup. However, things fizzled out soon afterwards. Amid the custody drama and life as a single woman, Lala still plans to expand her family. This time, however, she's made it clear she plans to use a sperm donor.

Vanderpump Rules season 10 premieres Wednesday, February 8 at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
