Lisa Vanderpump of Vanderpump Rules has been slammed with another lawsuit. The former fan favorite is having a rough go of it lately, with no end in sight.

Lisa Vanderpump helped make The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills a household name and excelled while on the hit franchise since its launch in 2010. During 2019, however, the restaurant owner and former actress abruptly decided she would be leaving the much-loved show behind after numerous fallouts with the rest of the women. However, the fan-favorite can still be seen on her spin-off, Vanderpump Rules. But now, after several cast members were fired for racist actions, many fear that show will be canceled.

Beyond Lisa's television woes, she has also been struggling in her business life. She recently confirmed that her restaurant, Villa Blanca, will close, and has since been inundated with questions. The restaurant saw financial trouble after it lost a sexual discrimination case a few years ago. Sadly, Villa Blanca is now boarded up with a handwritten note taped to the door indicating the restaurant is closed for good. To make matters worse, it has been reported by Page Six that Lisa and Ken Todd have been once again sued.

Lisa and Ken have been hit with a class-action lawsuit for allegedly failing to pay their SUR employees for overtime. The outlet shared that former hostess, Olivia Hanson, claimed she was forced to work longer than eight-hour shifts a day, over 40 hours a week, for seven days straight without any form of compensation. The lawsuit also claimed that the owners of the restaurant did not track the staff’s hours properly and even falsified records. Hanson reported that she and the rest of the staff did not get adequate breaks. Guillermo and Nathalie Zapata have also been named in the lawsuit and appeared on the popular Bravo show as Lisa's business partners.

The British native was also recently sued on December 16 by a former employee, Adam Pierce Antoine, when he filed a class-action lawsuit against her. The lawsuit included several other former employees and accused Vanderpump and her husband of having violated multiple California labor laws. The papers alleged that the couple has been violating these laws for over four years. The court documents also show that Vanderpump failed to pay out wages, which included overtime, when the former employees worked for her at Tom Tom, SUR, Villa Blanca, and Pump. The housewife has yet to release a statement regarding the newest charges.
