Star of Vanderpump Rules Lala Kent and her fiancé, Randall Emmett, predict that the next VPR cast member to have a baby will be Katie Maloney. The VPR crew have had quite the baby boom this year, and are hopeful that Katie will next in line to be expecting soon.
Lala and Randall announced not too long ago that they are pregnant. This came soon after cast member Stassi Schroeder announced her pregnancy and that she is having a baby girl. Not to be out done, Lala had a gender reveal party and announced that she too is expecting a baby girl. On top of that, cast members Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor also announced they are pregnant. Scheana Shay was also pregnant, but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. That leaves Katie Maloney and Kristen Doute as the OG cast members not to have gotten pregnant yet. And Lala and Randall think Katie will be next!
In an interview with Us Weekly, Lala and Randall shared their thoughts on Katie and her husband Tom Schwartz being next in line to join the VPR cast members who are expecting a baby. Lala was adamant it be Katie and said, "She better. We’re waiting on her. Yes, I think she will be the next one." Lala noted that when Katie is ready, "it'll happen quickly." Lala said, "The thing with Katie is she’s so chill. Like when she’s ready, she'll get it pop in.” Randall chimed in and agreed, “Yes, 100 percent.”
Apparently seeing Lala and Randall pregnant during their gender reveal party inspired Tom to ask Katie to start trying to have a baby. Lala said, "Schwartz was like, ‘Lala, this is making me like really, really baby hungry.’ He was like, ‘Bubba, can we try now?’ It was really sweet. It’ll happen.” As to when it will happen for Katie and Tom, Randall predicted Katie would get pregnant, "between today and January at the latest." Randall continued, "I am confident that Tom Schwartz will deliver." Lala shared that if Katie gets pregnant, it would fall in line with their plan to get pregnant together. Lala said, "we were on the plane going to celebrate Jax and Brittany’s engagement a couple of years ago. And we all said like, ‘Oh, my gosh, we’re all like in relationships, we should plan to get pregnant together.’”
It does seem likely Katie will be the next VPR cast member to get pregnant. Katie and Tom have been together a long time, and have talked about possibly having a baby for the past several seasons. With Lala, Stassi, and Brittany all making good on their plan to get pregnant together at the same time, has probably inspired Katie to be the next one to break the big news. Either way, with several cast members pregnant, it will be an eventful season when the cameras start rolling again for Vanderpump Rules.
