Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent may be hinting that she's done with fiance Randall "Rand" Emmett. The two have been engaged for several years. Lala gave birth to their daughter Ocean in March. However, there now appears to be trouble in paradise.
Lala's relationship with Rand had its fair share of controversies from the start. For years, she refused to disclose his identity, even asking some c0-stars to sign NDAs. Meanwhile, Katie Maloney attacked her for being with a married man. Even after his name was revealed, Lala insisted he wouldn't appear on the show. But as the movie producer started hanging out more with the cast, that changed. The couple also began a podcast together. Just a few days ago, Lala said they plan to have another child. Now that may all be over.
On Sunday, October 17th, Lala posted a telling video to her @givethemlala IG story. The story showed Lala in the hallways of what appeared to be the Beverly Hills Hotel. Her friend Logan, who previously appeared on the Bravo series, was pushing Ocean's stroller. As if Lala checking into a hotel in the same city where she lives wasn't suspicious enough, there was also the very curious song choice. Over the video, she played Beyonce's "Sorry," which was infamously written about Jay-Z's infidelity. Lala, who has taken on the villain role this season, followed that video up with a selfie of her wearing a crown. A cursory scroll of the actress' IG also showed that she had deleted all photos of Rand from her page. As it turns out, all of this alarming social media activity came after Randall was spotted partying with two other women in Nashville.
A screenshot from the Girl Gangz IG story was posted on the r/vanderpumprules Reddit. The screenshot included a picture of Rand with two women, with a message alleging he tried to hide when noticed. Redditors didn't hold back in denouncing him as sleazy and gross. Referencing the controversial start of Lala's relationship with him, one wrote, "If he'll cheat with you, he'll cheat on you." Some Reddit users speculated that this is why Lala and Rand's podcast tour was canceled.
This is not the first time Lala has deleted photos of Rand on her social media. If they have split, it wouldn't be the first time for that either. In season 7, Lala cried to her co-stars that she and Rand decided to take a break, only for them to make up soon after. Some of the Redditors did not seem convinced this breakup would stick either. Whether this is a temporary drama or a final split remains to be seen.
