Lala Kent's ex-fiancé Randall Emmett is facing even more damaging allegations after the Vanderpump Rules star was accused of racism by a former employee. Randall has seen a drastic fall from grace since getting dumped by Lala. In recent months, Randall has been named in a lawsuit filed by former employees and business partners who accuse the filmmaker of misconduct and mistreatment. In July, a group of women came together with their claims against Randall which included being told they had to perform sexual favors in exchange for acting roles.

Now, Randall's former assistant, Michael G'Blae, has filed a lawsuit of his own that accuses Randall of using the N-word and racially discriminating against him. Newly unveiled court documents obtained by the LA Times accuse Randall of using the N-word against rapper 50 Cent. G'Blae filed the lawsuit against Randall, his business partner George Furla, and their company Emmett/Furla Oasis Films on claims he was fired because of his race. G'Blae was the only African American employee at the company and claims Randall would often make racist comments about Black entertainers like Cardi B, Quavo from the Migos, and 50 Cent, with whom Randall had a nasty fallout falling out that ended their partnership with the hit Starz show Power.

Randall Accused of Calling 50 Cent the N-Word

According to the lawsuit, G'Blae recalls a time when Randall read 50 Cent’s book, "Hustle Harder Hustle Smarter," and called his former business partner the racial slur. “Emmett got mad at 50 Cent and G’Blae," the lawsuit states. "He called 50 Cent, ‘this f***ing n****r,’ and then said to G’Blae, ‘All you guys are alike. All you guys do is hustle people.’ He then threw the book at G’Blae.” The lawsuit also accuses Randall of calling rapper Cardi B “a rachet b*tch” and asked G'Blae to "translate" after he claimed he couldn't understand what the Grammy award-winning rapper was saying on TV.

When it came to rapper Quavo, who appeared in Randall's upcoming movie, Savage Salvation, the filmmaker allegedly asked G'Blae for advice ahead of meeting the rapper. “Martin, if I go out with Quavo, would anyone know who he is? Or is it just like a culture thing?Randall allegedly asked his former assistant. G'Blae also says Randall would often leave his expensive watches and valuables next to his former assistant to see if he would steal them. “Emmett often dropped money around G’Blae, and left expensive watches and jewelry around him, as if to see if he would steal them," the lawsuit states. "Other employees noted to G’Blae the oddity of it, as they noticed Emmett would only do this around G’Blae.” With GBlae being the only Black employee, he believes Randall was purposely targeting him because of his race.

The latest lawsuit adds to the sexual misconduct and mistreatment lawsuit Randall is already facing. The Vanderpump Rules star continues to get his name tied to shocking allegations that seemingly pull back the veil on Randall's true colors. Lala wasn't shy about revealing the mistreatment she experienced while dating Randall for five years. Now that they're over, Lala is teasing her new boyfriend and keeping her distance from her ex while co-parenting their daughter.
