The eighth season of Vanderpump Rules is now in full swing, with Jax and Brittany's upcoming nuptials on the immediate horizon. The Kentucky Castle Wedding of 2019 has been the main focus for quite some time now, so fans are glad to finally get a peek inside this fairytale matrimony.

Brittany Cartwright unapologetically adores Disney Princesses, scattering elements of their fanciful nature throughout her wedding festivities, including the appearance of all eight princesses at her bridal shower. In the spirit of Brittany's fairytale-princess extravaganza, today we reimagine each female Vanderpump Rules cast member as a Disney Princess.

KRISTEN DOUTE: POCAHONTAS FROM POCAHONTAS (1995)

Kristen Doute marches to the beat of her own drum, much like the Disney Princess Pochahontas. Known for her strong will and free spirit, Pochahontas refuses to let the men in her life take charge, which Kristen knows a thing or two about being the author of her upcoming bookHe's Making You Crazy: How to Get the Guy, Get Even, and Get Over It.

Kristen sometimes refers to herself as "Mariposa," the Spanish word for "butterfly," since her ultimate goal is to freely flutter. Pocahontas is adventurous and loves the outdoors, which Kristen also fondly expresses. Kristen's clothing company, James Maeis largely inspired by vintage and classic rock styles, which reflect the modern-day Pocahontas.

SCHEANA SHAY: ARIEL FROM THE LITTLE MERMAID (1989)

The story of The Little Mermaid actually parallels Scheana Shay's life quite well, since she's both a singer and collector of material items! The Disney Princess Ariel, although a redhead, looks comparable to Scheana, with hair down to her waist and childlike eyes full of trust and optimism. Ariel's met with a tremendous dilemma when Ursula poses an enticing offer: if Ariel gives up the beautiful voice she so passionately sings with, she will be granted a pair of human legs, and a real chance of becoming "part of that world."

Boy-crazy Ariel takes the offer in hopes of finding the handsome Prince Eric. Scheana has been called boy-crazy on more than one occasion, her ultimate quest for love undeniable. Scheana's singing career, albeit miniature, is of great importance to her, as she refuses to let others squander her voice, regardless of the backlash.

LALA KENT: TINKER BELL FROM PETER PAN

Okay-- so maybe Tinker Bell isn't a Disney Princess. Fortunately for Lala (and the rest of the Vanderpummp Rules cast), she has far too much personality to be matched with Aurora, also known as Sleeping Beauty. In fact, Tinker Bell used to be considered a Disney Princess until she was replaced by Tiana, so it's not too far off to coordinate Tinker Bell with Lala Kent.

A boisterous bubbly blonde with bright blue eyes, Lala looks a lot like Tinker Bell and also emulates ethereal and mysterious qualities comparable to the Peter Pan fairy. She goes around the group sprinkling bouts of wisdom and eccentric words to live by and acts as the group's most caricature-like individual.

KATIE MALONEY: JASMINE FROM ALADDIN (1992)

Although Katie Maloney-Schwartz's personality doesn't align perfectly with one of the Disney Princesses, there is a correlation between her and Princess Jasmine. Jasmine is known for sticking up for what she believes in, unafraid of backlash or being talked back to by her father. Katie very much copies this same behavior, trailblazing and confident in her convictions, regardless of how anyone else feels.

Jasmine's also very compassionate, especially towards her lover, Aladdin. Tom Schwartz, Katie's husband, acts as Katie's very own Aladdin, her partner-in-crime and ultimate best friend. On the dark side, Jasmine is known for being extremely stubborn, akin to Katie's headstrong attitude, and Jasmine and Katie both have a hard time accepting when they're in the wrong.

RAQUEL LEVISS: SNOW WHITE FROM SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS (1937)

Too pure for her own good, Raquel Leviss has a lot of similarities to the Disney Princess Snow White. Softspoken Raquel often gets portrayed as a pushover, seen as too nice and too forgiving. In Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the leading princess has faced the threat of being killed by Queen Grimhilde, envious of Snow White's ever-growing beauty.

The girlfriend of DJ James Kennedy is very selfless and gets along with everyone, much like Snow White. Her coworkers at SUR can be interpreted as the "seven dwarfs" that aide Raquel through her struggles, especially in the recent episodes of Vanderpump Rules, which covered the cringe-worthy fight Raquel and James that ended with Raquel being verbally abused, brought to her attention by the strong warrior Ariana Madix (more on that later).

STASSI SCHROEDER: CINDERELLA FROM CINDERELLA (1997)

Stassi Schroeder definitely emulates the Disney Princess Cinderella, though she could easily be seen as the wicked stepmother as well! Both of Stassi's parents have been remarried three different times, so there must be an evil stepmother lurking in the shadows somewhere. Stassi's blonde hair and blue eyes give her the perfect Cinderella look, if only she grew up forced into manual labor and owned a pair of glass slippers.

Born Nastassia Schroeder, Stassi insists she's named after a Swedish princess, though there's no historical evidence to back her claims. Stassi's wedding to Beau Clark will be happening in October of 2020, but the blonde princess wishes for a much more unconventional feeling, opposite of Brittany's saccharine soiree.

ARIANA MADIX: MULAN FROM MULAN (1998)

Ariana Madix is the least princess-like of the cast, and she's proud of it! Instead of being caught up with weddings and happily-ever-afters, Ariana focuses her attention on other aspects of her life, like her cocktail book and being fiercely independent. Much like the Disney Princess Mulan, Ariana refuses to conform to gender stereotypes, breaking the mold of your stereotypical blonde reality star.

Mulan (1998) is an exemplary story of fighting for women's rights, which Ariana strongly stands behind. A warrior in her own right, Ariana bravely continues to soldier through her struggles as she speaks out about her depression and anxiety on Vanderpump Rules. Championing for other sufferers makes Ariana even more relatable and down-to-earth. Fun fact: Ariana once worked as a Disney Princess at Disney World, cosplaying as Ariel, Aurora, and Cinderella!

BRITTANY CARTWRIGHT: BELLE FROM BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (1991)

The Disney classic Beauty and the Beast was practically the theme for Jax and Brittany's wedding, fully equipped with enchanted roses and many jokes about Jax being the beast that he is, so it's only fitting to imagine Brittany as Belle-- Brittany is the 'Southern Belle' after all! They even look alike, with cascading brunette locks, hazel eyes, and arched eyebrows perfectly suited for a Disney Princess.

Even Brittany's wedding dress looks drastically similar to Belle's signature canary yellow ball gown, with the same princess drop sleeves! All thanks to Stassi, Brittany's bridal shower featured Disney Princesses dressed to the nines, which left the Belle-look-alike over-enthralled.
