Ariana Madix from Vanderpump Rules has been through a lot in the last few days, which is why the star has decided to deactivate her social media accounts, including her Instagram. The bartender has been a pivotal part of the Bravo show due to her relationship with Tom Sandoval. Now heartbroken, Ariana is left to pick up the pieces of a life she once knew.

Now onto her ninth season with Vanderpump Rules season 10, Ariana was first introduced on Bravo during Vanderpump Rules season 2 as Tom's friend. Ariana had already been working for Lisa Vanderpump at Villa Blanca before joining the gang at SUR, making her an instant option for the show. It was clear that Ariana and Tom had developed a connection, after working together at Villa Blanca. At the time, Tom was dating Kristen Doute, who accused the singer of cheating on her with his new bartender. However, both Ariana and Tom denied the allegation, but in 2014, the two finally became a couple.

Ariana Madix Deleted Her IG Before 'Scandoval'

On Friday, March 3, news broke that Tom had been cheating on Ariana with Raquel Leviss for seven months. Not too long before the scandal, now known as "Scandoval," broke, Ariana didn't take long to deactivate her social media accounts. It became obvious when people wanted to post words of support on her profile and couldn't find it. Before deactivating her accounts, Ariana has always been active on Instagram and often responded to viewers. Ariana also has been quick to shut down rumors about Tom in the past, but this time, Ariana felt betrayed by not only her boyfriend of nine years but a good friend.

How Ariana Madix Found Out About Tom & Raquel

News moves fast in the Bravo universe as reports revealed that Ariana learned of Tom's infidelity after looking through his phone and seeing multiple inappropriate messages from Raquel. At the time, Raquel and Scheana Shay were taping a Watch What Happens Live episode, and shortly after they finished, Ariana found out and immediately let Scheana Scheana know. This resulted in an alleged physical altercation between Scheana and Raquel.

Ariana has been a staunch supporter of mental health and has often spoken out about her own struggles. When she first appeared on Vanderpump Rules, Ariana immediately opened up about her eating disorder, and in February 2022, she even spoke about her depression. Ariana choosing to delete her social media accounts makes sense, as it looks like she is making moves to preserve her well-being. No one would want to have to be bombarded with comments or messages when trying to come to grips with a major breakup and a betrayal.

Both Tom and Raquel, who ruined relationships, have released a statement apologizing to Ariana; however, Ariana has yet to reply. She is keeping to herself for now by avoiding social media and leaning on her friends. Vanderpump Rules' cameras are said to have caught the fallout and are trying to fit it all into the end of the current season.
