After the failure of her E! show Overserved, it now looks like Lisa is shedding a light on her dog business. The promo for the show released in May of this year, noting that the series will start streaming on Peacock on June 9, 2021. The promo showed Lisa with her usual quips as she introduced her business and how they do things. However, fans still have questions about the show before it airs.

Will Any Castmembers From VPR Show Up?

Lisa's Vanderpump Dogs has been mentioned over the years on both of her reality shows, RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules. Raquel Leviss is one of the newer additions at SUR after working down the street at Vanderpump Dogs. Even Lala Kent used to spend time helping out at Vanderpump Dogs. Because of its close proximity to her restaurants, it'll be interesting if her waitstaff from SUR makes an appearance from time to time to help Lisa or to say hi.

Will The Episodes Have A Follow-Up With The Dog's Family To See How It's Adjusting?

One of the best parts of any pet adoption show is the follow-up scenes of how the dog is adjusting to its new life. After spending the entire episode learning about the owner and their desire to adopt a dog, it's even more heartwarming to see how the dog loves its new home.

Is the dog getting along with its new family? Are the family members adapting to having a new dog? Does the dog get along with fellow pets? There are a ton of questions that viewers have once the adoptee takes the dog home, and fans hope the show shows that part.

Who Is This Show Aimed Towards?

Glancing at the promo picture, it looks like Vanderpump Pets is geared toward families. The bright pink background and all the puppies surrounding LVP look childish and sweet. But after watching the show's teaser video, LVP's sexual innuendos and comparisons of dogs and dating appear more adult. If it is a family show, perhaps the drama and co-worker scandals (if that's the show's direction) will be kept to a minimum.

Will There Be Any Famous Guest Stars?

Lisa Vanderpump is well-known around West Hollywood. Thanks to her businesses and her TV shows,  LVP appears to know anyone who is anyone. With that being said, perhaps LVP will use her star power to invite her famous friends to make cameos on her show.

Whether they're adopting, donating, or popping by, Vanderpump Dogs could have some celebrities appearing. On the other hand, LVP could leave her famous posse off her show as a way to truly focus on the work being done for the animals.

Is There Drama Between The Workers?

LVP's Vanderpump Rules thrives on drama. The workers at SUR have been friends years before the show started filming. Because of their history, the drama and their storylines came about organically. Even during LVP's time on RHOBH, drama followed in every scene. Because of this background in reality TV, it's understandable to assume that Vanderpump Dogs would have a similar feel. Will the groomers and handlers of Vanderpump Dogs showcase their personal lives and issues with each other? Or will the focus of the show solely remain on the dogs?

Will The Show Shine A Light On The Importance Of Adoption?

Fans of RHOBH will remember Lisa's dedication to animal rights. She made a video protesting the Dog Meat Festival in Yulin and even traveled there to make a difference. Although LVP is great at drama on TV, fans are hoping Vanderpump Dogs shines a light on the importance of adoption and why those looking for pets should adopt old and young dogs as opposed to breeders.

How Long Will Episodes Be?

LVP fans took to Reddit and worried that the show could be too boring. Similar to LVP's failed TV show, Overserved, if there isn't drama or an ensemble cast, will Vanderpump Dogs be entertaining enough to watch? Half-hour episodes could be sweet enough to dive into, but if they're hour-longs, the show could lose interest fast.

Will LVP Talk About Former Controversies At Vanderpump Dogs?

Puppygate took over all of season 9 on RHOBH. Dorit adopted a dog named Lucy Lucy Apple Juice from Vanderpump Dogs for her family. But when Lucy Lucy kept biting her kids, Dorit gave the dog to a family friend. However, when that friend couldn't deal with Lucy Lucy either, she gave the dog to a shelter that wasn't Vanderpump Dogs.

LVP soon learned about what happened and went after Dorit for giving a Vanderpump dog to a kill shelter. From there, stories were leaked to the press about Dorit, but LVP claimed to have no part in them. Because of the drama surrounding Vanderpump Dogs, fans want to know if LVP will address that scenario on screen.

Will Viewers Learn More About The Adoptees And Why They're Looking For A Dog?

Not only do fans want to learn more about the dog's life outside of Vanderpump Dogs, but they want to know more about the people adopting. Will the show dive into those adopting dogs and why they're doing it? Moments like those are what really give a show substance and depth. And it could be Vanderpump Dogs' saving grace.
