The newest patch of Final Fantasy 14 is finally here. This guide will show players how they can unlock access to Zadnor. Final Fantasy 14 continues to add new content for its players to enjoy. While players will need to wait a bit longer for the Endwalker expansion to release later in the year, many are looking forward to the smaller additions coming to the game through patches. One of the most recent patches has added Zadnor, a new adventuring foray, into the game. Players will need to participate in it if they wish to upgrade all of their Shadowbringers Relic Weapons. This guide will show players how they can unlock access to Zadnor.

Zadnor requires players to push through zones by completing a variety of different tasks. Players are recommended to be at least level 71 to participate in this event. Zadnor itself was once a peaceful place until the Fourth Umbral Calamity transformed the land. Now, many miners and prospectors use this location to harvest earth crystals for profit. In the recent patch 5.55, players can head over to this location to participate in Adventuring Foray. This guide will show players how they can unlock access to this new location.

There are a few prerequisites players will need to complete before they can access the Zadnor content. Here is everything players will need to do.

  • Players will need to have levels up their relic weapons enough to access this location.
  • Players will need to have progressed far enough in the Save the Queen storyline.

Once these are done, players can head over to X:6.4, Y: 5.7 to Marsak in Gangos. Players will then be able to take on a quest called "A New Playing Field". From here, head over to Sjeros who is also located in Gangos to enter the new location. Players will be able to return to this location any time they wish to access Zadnor.

Final Fantasy 14 has been one of the biggest MMORPGs to exist in the last few years. The game continues to add new content for its long-time fans and new players can enjoy the game for free up to level 60. This offers new players dozens of hours of content. From there, they can choose if they wish to pick up the other expansions. More mainline Final Fantasy titles are planned to be released in the future.
