Fortnite continues to be a dominant force in the gaming space. The battle royale genre has existed in gaming for decades with games like H1Z1 or the Minecraft Hunger Games mod. Fortnite is the first though to bring the genre into the mainstream, as millions of players log in every day to aim for that elusive victory royale. Many game developers have dropped their own battle royales like Call of Duty: Warzone and  Apex Legends, but none have been able to reach the heights Fortnite has reached. This new season brings along plenty of new content and this guide will help players unlock the Scuba Jonesy skin and all its unique styles.

How To Unlock Scuba Jonesy (& All His Styles) in Fortnite

Skins from Fortnite Season 3

Scuba Jonesy is a part of Fortnite's season 2 battle pass. There are two methods of unlocking Scuba Jonesy. The first is to reach level 20 on the battle pass. The second is to purchase the remaining levels using V bucks to instantly unlock the skin. This Epic skin comes along with 2 different alternates. Scuba Jonesy (Tactical) requires that the player completes 5 challenges from week 3 of the season. The second is Scuba Jonesy (Advanced), which requires the player to complete any 20 of the weekly challenges. Players just need to reach level 20 to get the Scuba Jonesy skin. There are no other unlockable skins for Scuba Jonesy at this point.

Fortnite rewards its players who participate in the battle pass with unique items and features not available to non-battle pass owners. The battle pass business model has proven to be successful for the game, as many other developers have adopted this free-to-play model but include a battle pass of their own. Skins are also a massive part of the conversation when it comes to player reputation. Heavy Fortnite enthusiasts spend top dollar to unlock the final skin of the battle pass on the first day of its release. Regardless, players will need to complete challenges and win games to unlock each tier along the way.
