Hangout Events are a new feature available in Genshin Impact. This guide will show players how they can participate in these events. Recently, Genshin Impact has received its 1.4 updates with substantial content. Outside of the Invitation of Windblum event, players are able to roll for Venti as an unlockable character and join new story quests with a handful of characters. Similar to many dating sims, players are able to go on dates with specific characters, choose from different dialogue options for different results, and build stronger bonds with other characters. This guide will show players how to participate in the new Hangout Events.
Currently, 4 characters are available to join in Hangout Events. Players can complete Hangout Events for Barbara, Noelle, Chongyun, and Bennett. Whether players are looking for more content to play or want to spend more time with their favorite character, the Hangout Event allows players to build strong relationships with these characters. Depending on the dialogue decision the player makes, it will directly affect the character's Heartbeat Value. The higher the Heartbeat Value, the stronger this bond is. Players will also experience different endings on their decisions. This guide will show players how they can join the Hangout Events.
How To Unlock Hangout Events in Genshin Impact
For starters, this is all part of the version 1.4 update. Players will need to complete a handful of tasks in order to unlock access to the Hangout Events.
- Adventure Rank 26: Players will need to reach this Adventure Rank at a minimum. Players can raise this by completing Daily Commissions, finding treasure chests, discovering new locations, and completing quests.
- Complete This Quest: Players will need to complete the "Prologue: Act III: Song of the Dragon and Freedom quest".
Once you do this, it will be available in the tab on the story quests screen. Players will then need to choose which character they want to do the Hangout Event with first. These quests also have alternative routes and players can go back to the original quest and do it again to unlock them all. Each end has its own rewards and benefits depending on the player's decisions.
