Players can experience six different endings in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, but each one requires players to make specific choices in order to unlock them. The endings range from sad and scary to happy and heartwarming. The most interesting and fulfilling FNAF: Security Breach endings require players to stay in the Pizzaplex beyond 6:00 am and complete additional tasks such as playing arcade games or confronting Vanny in her lair.

There are a few different endings where Gregory leaves the Pizzaplex without fixing any of its problems. Gregory can leave through the front entrance, the Loading Docks, or the emergency exit in the Prize Counter room. Leaving via the front entrance will show Gregory exiting without Freddy, but that results in the worst ending. Gregory is homeless and alone, the disappearances continue, and Vanny eventually finds Gregory. He can also leave in the van with Freddy through the Loading Docks, but, again, nothing changes at the Pizzaplex aside from Mr. Hippo, one of the worst Five Nights at Freddy's characters, taking over for Freddy in the band. There are also endings that reveal more about Vanny or have Gregory confronting her.

In the endings where players confront, kill, or save Vanny, they will need to stay inside the Pizzaplex past 6:00 am or choose the right option at the exit. For the two Vanny Lair endings, players need to go to the Loading Dock and choose the 'Vanny' option. One ending involves beating the Princess Quest arcade games to release Vanny's hold on Vanessa, and the other will end in Vanny being disassembled after Gregory turns the Security Bots on her. For the rooftop ending, players need to survive until 6:00 am and choose the 'Leave' option at the exit by the Prize Counter area, where players obtain the Monty Mask in FNAF: Security Breach.

Unlocking the Six Endings in FNAF: Security Breach

FNAF Security Breach Every Ending Explained Canon Ending Gregory Freddy on Hill

There is only one true ending in FNAF: Security Breach, and players will need to go to the Old Elevator to experience it. Once there, players will see Springtrap come to life and they will need to defeat him to destroy the Pizzaplex and escape with Freddy. This ending is considered canon to the Five Nights at Freddy's series. Some of the conclusions in FNAF: Security Breach, like the true ending, have more requirements than others, but each ending can be unlocked in the following way:

  • Leaving the Pizzaplex Alone: Players need to go to the main entrance at 6:00 am and choose the 'Leave' option. Gregory will leave Freddy behind and eventually be found by Vanny.
  • Leaving the Pizzaplex with Freddy: With a Level Seven Security Pass in FNAF: Security Breach,  players should go to the Loading Dock and choose the 'Leave' option. Gregory and Freddy will escape in a van, and Gregory will solve Freddy's power issue by jumpstarting him with the van's battery.
  • Confronting Vanny on the Rooftop: Players need to go to the emergency exit through the Prize Counter room and choose the 'Leave' option. Freddy will set the Pizzaplex on fire and sacrifice himself to kill Vanny and save Gregory.
  • Saving Vanessa: For this ending, players need to beat all three Princess Quest arcade games. They are located in Roxy's Salon, the Arcade, and Vanny's Lair. The first two games need to be completed before players get to the end of the game at 6:00 am. To get to Vanny's Lair, players need to get to the Loading Dock with the highest security clearance. Players also need to have obtained the Fazer Blaster, one of many tools in FNAF: Security Breach like the Screwdriver or the Faz Camera. The final Princess Quest game will be in the security office through Vanny's Lari, and players can complete it to save Vanessa instead of sending the Security Bots after Vanny.
  • Disassembling Vanny: With the Fazer Blaster minigame completed, players need to go to the Loading Dock and choose 'Vanny,' then complete the quest that ensues. While avoiding animatronics, Gregory needs to get to the security office and use the bots against Vanny.
  • Stopping Springtrap (Canon Ending): The true ending will play out when players choose to go to the Old Elevator at the end of the game. Freddy will be taken over by Springtrap, and it's up to Gregory to defeat him by using the three monitors and buttons to burn him. Players will also need to avoid the animatronic enemies that come for Gregory and use the doors to temporarily lock them out. When Springtrap is burned, the Blob will attack him making sure he doesn't get free. Freddy and Gregory will be shown escaping and sitting on a hill together.

Each ending will have a brief cutscene or comic strip that shows what happens to FNAF: Security Breach's Gregory and Freddy as a result of the player's choices. Players can experience multiple endings if they save the game right before choosing which ending to play through, but they will need to have requirements like the Fazer Blast minigame or the Princess Quest games already completed. For those wishing to experience the true ending, they will need to survive and defeat Springtrap at the end of FNAF: Security Breach.
