Currently, fans are patiently waiting for the upcoming live-special, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy Vs. The Reverend, which is set to be released on 12 May. In light of this, we have decided to look at some guest stars that you may have forgotten were on the show.

Aidy Bryant

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was created by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. Therefore, it is no surprise that the show has had a ton of Saturday Night Live stars making an appearance.

In the fourth season, Aidy Bryant had a small cameo as Tabby Bobatti a former girlfriend of the Reverend (Jon Hamm) who comes forward to claim that she had no idea that he had been keeping women locked up in their bunker.

Nick Kroll

Nick Kroll has been active on the comedy scene for decades and is currently best known as one of the creators of the highly successful animated sitcom, Big Mouth.

Back in the first season of the show, he had a small role as the captivating spin class instructor, Tristafé. Kimmy became addicted to his class but after realizing that he was using his charisma and appeal to get the women on the group to turn on each other, she quickly forgot all about it.

Jeff Goldblum

Everybody loves a little drama, but Jeff Goldblum's Dr. Dave seemed to thrive on it. In season two, Kimmy was dragged by her fellow Mole women Cyndee (Sara Chase) to Dr. Dave's talks show where they were forced to relive their kidnapping experience on live TV.

Unfortunately, Dr. Dave was more worried about his ratings than actually helping Cyndee and even went as far as to have Cyndee's sham wedding on the show.

Adrienne C. Moore

Blink and you may have missed Adrienne C. Moore when she reprised her Orange Is The New Black character, Cindy Hayes on the show. When one of Kimmy's fellow Mole women Gretchen (Lauren Adams) goes to jail for starting her own cult, she ends up at Litchfield Penitentiary.

While getting off the bus Gretchen and Cindy have a brief conversation where she tries to sell her gospel to the rest of the inmates. To Gretchen's great delight, Cindy, instead of pushing her away, actually seemed to be kind of interested.

Zosia Mamet

Throughout the show, Lillian's (Carol Kane) hatred for hipsters is palpable, and therefore she had her eagle eyes trained on Zosia Mamet's character, Sue Thompsteen.

At first, Thompsteen rented Kimmy and Titus's apartment on Airbnb, and then in season four, she got swindled by Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski) and Lillian into a ridiculous scam. Mamet, who is best known for role as on Girls, perfectly played the part of the trend-obsessed hipster and became one of the most memorable guest-stars.

Ronan Farrow

The final season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt focused heavily on gender inequality and sexual harassment. Therefore, it was fitting that one of the major cameos of the season was Ronan Farrow as himself.

Best known as the journalist who helped to uncover the sexual abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein, his role, although small, was quite noteworthy. In the episode, he encouraged Titus (Tituss Burgess) to come forward about his experience with the orange puppet, Mr. Frumpus, who harassed him during a Sesame Street audition.

Kiernan Shipka

Long before she was best known for her role as the stylish and spooky Sabrina Spellman on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Shipka had a small role as Kimmy's half-sister Kymmi in season one.

Unfortunately for Kimmy, Kymmi did not like her at all as it was due to Kimmy's kidnapping that her parents were overprotective and never allowed her to go out and make friends. Luckily, the sisters eventually made up at the end of the episode.

Laura Dern

The Reverend seemingly always had women falling at his feet and the sweet, yet naive Wendy Hebert was one of them. Played by easily the most loved woman in Hollywood, Laura Dern, Wendy wanted to mary the Reverend but first needed Kimmy to divorce him.

Therefore, she went to Kimmy's apartment with the divorce papers and Kimmy tried her best to stop her from going through with what was clearly a very terrible idea.

Maya Rudolph

In season three, SNL alum and Emmy Nominated Actress Maya Rudolph had a small role as the musical icon, Dionne Warwick. While Titus was working as a performer on a cruise ship, he became Warwick's stand-in after she had a stomach bug.

In typical Titus fashion, the fame quickly went to his head and he caused the entire ship to get sick and was forced to escape on a lifeboat. Easily one of the show's most memorable guest-stars, Rudolph perfectly executed her role as the talented master performer.

Jon Bernthal

Netflix likes to showcase their best actors across their various shows but no one could have guessed that Jon Bernthal, best known for his role as the angry vigilante Punisher, actually has some serious comedic skills.

In season four, he played the role of Ilan who pretended to be infatuated with Titus while actually gathering dirt on him for Mr. Frumpus. A real change of pace for the actor, he played the sweet, funny yet conniving private detective perfectly.
