The journeys they go on together as a group are a lot of fun, and together as a unit is where they're all best. However, while the toys thrive together in both success and failure, they also have a lot of stand-out moments alone. But what is the most iconic scene for each of the main characters from this franchise?

Hamm - Evil Dr. Pork Chop

Hamm is the grumpy member of the Toy Story gang, often questioning people and not always being on board with the decisions the rest make. This leads to him spitting out a lot of great one-liners, but it is also why he's the perfect villain within Andy's games.

This is shown twice, once with Andy playing with his toys, and at the start of the third movie, when it kicks off with a cinematic version of Andy's imagination. Hamm as Evil Dr. Porkchop is always hilarious.

Potato Head - Packing To Leave

Potato Head is often quite a grouchy character who is happy to judge others, but he can be a team player when he wants to be. When he gets ready to head out on an adventure, he has a great moment with his wife which creates a fantastic scene.

Bullseye - Ride Like The Wind Bullseye!

Bullseye is a loyal horse to both Jessie and Woody, and he truly loves both of them. Seeing him pounce on them, licking them to bits is always hilarious, but it is his epic moment at the end of Toy Story 2 that stands out as Bullseye's greatest moment.

When Jessie is stuck on the plane, he truly does ride like the wind, managing to catch and then keep pace with a plane, carrying Buzz and Woody on his back as they manage to rescue her.

Forky - Trash

Forky was a hilarious addition to the franchise in the fourth movie. Being a homemade toy was something unique and fresh for the series, and it led to a great injection of energy. He was over the top with his excitement, but the fact that he believed himself to be trash was a fun twist.

The scenes when he is first brought home and spends the entire night trying to put himself into the trash are his best moments. These scenes are all about Forky and they're hilarious to watch.

Slinky Dog - Hang On!

Slinky Dog is often used for his ability to stretch, which is showcased several times throughout the series. However, the best example of this is in the original movie when Slinky is used to cling on to Woody and RC to try to get them back into the truck.

He screams to them to hang on, but he gets stretched so far that Slinky ends up in pain, unable to hold on. However, while he isn't able to achieve the goal, the scene itself is an epic one, showing just how loyal he is to Woody.

Rex - Playing Video Games

It's a great play on the classic T-Rex joke that their arms were small, but it's also a hilarious moment for Rex as he gets overexcited about possibly defeating Zurg.

Bo Peep - Reuniting With Woody

Bo Peep was a fun supporting character early on in the franchise, but in Toy Story 4 she made her return and became the focal point of the movie. She was a badass female character who had lived an adventure and that made her a lot of fun to watch.

Bo Peep reuniting with Woody was a heartfelt moment after they hadn't been together for so long. The excitement that they had to see each other was great, and it helped make things feel whole again for both of them.

Jessie - When She Loved Me

For the most part, Jessie is a very upbeat and positive character who is a lot of fun to watch. However, her most iconic scene is actually one of the saddest moments in the franchise. When Woody questions her history and why she doesn't want to leave, Jessie tells the story of what happened to her with the child that owned her.

The story of being left behind is an upsetting one, with audiences being hooked emotionally right from the start. The music that is paired with this scene also takes it to the next level as well, with audiences easily being moved by this brilliant scene, which instantly adds sympathy to Jessie's character.

Buzz Lightyear - Buzz Takes Flight

Buzz Lightyear has many amazing moments, from being Mrs. Nesbitt at the tea party to the Spanish version of his character. But the early stages of his character when he refuses to believe he's a toy is when Buzz is at his best, with the space ranger being adamant that he can do everything from shooting lasers to flying.

As the movie progresses, Buzz comes to terms with that situation, but he gets his epic moment of actually flying at the end. When he and Woody use the firework to launch themselves into the air to land in the car, it is a fantastic scene that makes Buzz look tremendous.

Woody - Time To Be Cleaned

Woody is the true lead character in the entire Toy Story franchise, and because of that, he has tons of iconic moments. However, one scene that absolutely stands out is when he gets fixed and cleaned in the original movie.

It's a very relaxing scene and one that showcases the detail in the animation, which is simply stunning. While Woody is perfectly still and pretending he has no life in this moment, it is still his most iconic scene from the series.
